•It's important to use a shampoo with natural and gentle ingredients for a healthy scalp + stronger hair! Shampoo that gives your hair nourishment rather than stripping away the natural oils within your hair!
•If you brush from your scalp to the ends of your hair, you may get caught up in some tangles/knots which wil cause damage and hair fall so it's best to start from brushing from the bottom to the top of your hair!
•Cotton pillowcases causes friction, frizziness, and damage on the hair whereas silk is gentle on the hair and promotes shine! I swear investing in silk is worth it because it feels like your sleeping on a cloud
•High/tight ponytails will cause breakage, and will irritate the scalp leading to an oily scalp and excessive hair fall so it's best to wear low/loose hairstyles!
