How to stop worrying about what other people think

First, you are not a mind reader. Stop making assumptions about how other people think without listening directly.

You control your emotions and influence how you feel. Don't let anxiety dictate your life choices and decisions.

Nobody is perfect, including you. So, don't be afraid to be criticized. That suggestion can be very useful input.

Will never get ahead if you're afraid to try, just do it. Don't rely too much on other people's thoughts, before really doing your best.

Your journey is unique to yourself, not to others, and everyone is different. And just enjoy the process, without having to be distracted by other people's opinions.

Fostering creativity is important, seek motivation and inspiration, not just opinions. Fully believe in struggles that inevitably take on personal meaning.

With or without other people, you have to keep going and grow to be better. However, who, in the end, the individual will understand you? What was clear was not someone else ....
