Humans are demanded by needs, and to fulfill our needs we need a job. Because working means we have income to fulfill our needs.
But in the process sometimes it does encounter stumbling blocks. Where sometimes the work done does not match what is produced. The context varies from the conditions of the employer who does not have a measure of humanity to professionalism, to the conditions of nature.
One thing that is most unacceptable by reason is the existence where the work that does not match what is produced is due to the existence of the employer. Which in fact is filled with people who do not have a sense of humanity.
The language of humanity means that they are missing from their existence as job providers, whose target is that they do not realize the condition of working for benefits.
Benefits where for workers get the appropriate results, and for employers as a benefit for what is sought in the procurement of work for the sake of the progress of the business conditions that are built.
In conclusion, basically ethical work is interrelated because if it is not related, there will be no such thing as benefits. Where the benefits mean that it is obtained for the person of each human being as a living being who continues to have a tendencyxneeds in life.
