Today I will talk about a probably controversial topic, or at least in my opinion it is a topic that causes discomfort in developed countries. When we talk about issues of organizational transculturation, we must inevitably talk about university or higher education in the weaknesses observed in the culture, ethics, identity, values, principles and commitment of those who make up business organizations.
In the previous article we mentioned the need to rescue the organizational culture as a central axis to achieve a binomial combination of respect for sustainable value, in order to define strategies and a philosophy of management and organizational culture that can adopt practices of sustainable value, so as to correspond in some way with society and the environment.
In the same vein, it is necessary to reiterate that universities are not alien to participate in the sustainable praxis executed by business organizations, as they aim to promote, educate and form sustainable value in individuals, as they are the generators of human talent that through scientific research production, will provide solutions to social, economic, political, cultural, ecological problems of agri-food production with environmental philosophies that deserve to be implemented under the circumstances that societies are going through today.
In view of these considerations, it is urgent to develop proposals and strategic plans on organizational culture for the promotion of sustainable development at the university level, in order to obtain a valid interpretation of this aspect and how its importance lies in being used as a strategy to promote sustainable development within university institutions.
