During my stay in California with my cousin and his wife we traveled many beaches and one groups of beaches that, I really liked were the beaches in Watsonville town only a few kilometers from the town you will come to the California coastline where there are several beaches you can choose from we chose to stay at Manresa State Beach.
We booked out a beautiful 2 bedroom beach house along the cliffside overlooking all the coastline, it was in the month of October coming on to winter a little bit cooler then normal but it was going to be our last week in American before returning back home to Australia, so thought we would finish up the holiday in style.
After having been in American for almost six months and having traveled many coastline beaches, seeing many national parks and canyon's this last week of our holiday was just going to be all about putting our feet up enjoying the ocean breeze, sunsets, foods, some wine and a good old chat.
Been on the side of Watsonville town coastline there are a few other beaches that are not far apart from each other like the
Sunset State Beach the Palm Beach and a couple of others in between and knowing us we couldn't sit still curiosity got the better of us, so we just had to go exploring it was about 10 km walk from the beach we were staying at to Palm Beach at back passing Sunset Beach so we just had to do the walk and see these other interesting beaches.
It was nice to see and take in the last week here on this beautiful stretch of beaches seeing how the landscapes was changing from beach to beach and all the pretty colored beach flowers growing along the sea shore, people surfing and people walking about, I was going to miss America.
This was actually one of the best places we stayed with different beaches all around us the town was only a few kilometers away the people staying around the other guest houses were all friendly and talkative, it was really a cool way to end our holiday in American going home with many great memories and ending the last week with even more memories enjoying our last week on the balcony of this beautiful beach house with great friends and stunning sunset could not have been more cherished.
