CONTENIDO EN ESPAÑOL
¡Hola a todos los integrantes de ésta comunidad y amantes de la escritura creativa! De nuevo la fotografía aportada para el concurso , me ha llevado a esos momentos de infancia en donde algo tan simple como un cuaderno forrado, podía ser mi motivación a la hora de estudiar.
Muchos de nosotros afirmaremos de que el comienzo de las clases era emocionante por el simple hecho de tener útiles escolares nuevos. En mi caso, tuve la suerte de que mis padres podían comprarme todos los útiles de la lista y mi madre, siempre procuraba de que lo que compraba, fuera acorde al gusto de sus hijos.
En el caso de los cuadernos y libretas, no era la excepción. Durante mi infancia, se podían conseguir los diseños de las series que estuvieran de moda y en el caso de que no fuese así, siempre existía la posibilidad de utilizar papel Contac.
¡Oh, papel mágico! Era capaz de volver unos cuadernos aburridos en los complementos perfectos para un inicio de clases lleno de entusiasmo, no por aprender, sino por utilizar aquellos cuadernos y ser el centro de atención entre los demás compañeros de clase.
Recuerdo perfectamente unos cuadernos que mi madre forró con un papel Contac estampado con el diseño de Las chicas Superpoderosas, de Cartoon Network. En ese tiempo, era la caricatura que estaba de moda y la que más me gustaba, así que llevar mis cuadernos forrados con ese hermoso papel, era increíble para mí.
Eso fue en mi tiempo en la escuela. Ya al llegar al bachillerato, los cuadernos no volví a tenerlos forrados. Me conformaba con algún diseño lindo y lo mismo pasó al ingresar en la universidad.
Pero hace poco, que he podido dedicarme un poco a las manualidades, he podido utilizar de nuevo el papel Contac, no para forrar cuadernos como tal, sino para proteger algunos proyectos. Fue así como yo aprendí a utilizarlo como tal. Confieso que usar ese papel tiene su truco, si no eres cuidadoso, acabarás con un espacio lleno de burbujas o con unos pliegues terribles imposibles de quitar. Pero el resultado final siempre puede llegar a sorprenderte.
Hasta hace poco tenía de ese papel, pero del transparente. Quiero comprar más para hacer unos stickers artesanales y proteger algunos dibujos, sin duda se ha vuelto de mis materiales favoritos 😌

Hello to all members of this community and lovers of creative writing! Once again, the photograph submitted for the contest, has taken me back to those childhood moments where something as simple as a lined notebook could be my motivation when studying.
Many of us will say that the beginning of school was exciting simply because we had new school supplies. In my case, I was lucky that my parents could buy me all the supplies on the list and my mother always made sure that what she bought was in line with her children's tastes.
In the case of notebooks and notepads, it was no exception. During my childhood, you could get the designs of the series that were in fashion and if that wasn't the case, there was always the possibility of using Contact paper.
Oh, magic paper! It was able to turn boring notebooks into the perfect accessories for a start to school full of enthusiasm, not for learning, but for using those notebooks and being the center of attention among the other classmates.
I perfectly remember some notebooks that my mother covered with Contact paper printed with the design of The Powerpuff Girls, from Cartoon Network. At that time, it was the cartoon that was in fashion and the one I liked the most, so carrying my notebooks covered with that beautiful paper was incredible for me.
That was during my time in school. Once I got to high school, I didn't have my notebooks covered anymore. I was happy with some nice design and the same thing happened when I entered university.
But recently, when I was able to devote myself a bit to crafts, I was able to use Contact paper again, not to cover notebooks as such, but to protect some projects. That's how I learned to use it as such. I confess that using that paper has its trick, if you're not careful, you'll end up with a space full of bubbles or with some terrible folds that are impossible to remove. But the final result can always surprise you.
Until recently I had that paper, but the transparent kind. I want to buy more to make some handmade stickers and protect some drawings, it has definitely become one of my favorite materials 😌
