Pizza de Verdad, la verdad no conozco ni conocía ese establecimiento. La Pizza siempre es y sigue siendo un plato predilecto de muchas familias, si me gustan, los costos a veces no nos permiten comprarlas.
Sin embargo, el entusiasmo de hacer cosas para hacer un poco de catarsis me ha llevado a practicar recetas que me pasan de masa para pizza, compro mis materiales y manos a la obra.
Me gusta hacerlo en casa porque en realidad rinde más, hago mi catarsis , disfrutamos de la pizza, nos queda para desayuno, la caliento en la plancha y parte de los ingredientes que compro queda para disfrutar otras comidas.
Por lo general queso mozarela, jamón, y la salsa hecha en casa que queda muy rica.
Así creo que en muchos hogares hacemos de un tiempo para acá. En tiempos pasados si disfrutamos varias , veces, muchas veces el sentarnos en un establecimiento a disfrutar de una riza pizza.
Me quedó lo de la pizza Margarita porque era la preferida de mis hijos, aunque a mi me gustan con todo lo que ofrece la casa, ya en casa solo queso y jamòn.
A veces con pan árabe armamos una pizza y decimos uy que rico...sentimos el sabor de ella y nos alegramos. Aunque tengo tiempo de Verdad que no como el pan árabe de esa forma...
Me prometo firmemente ir a un establecimiento y comer una pizza con gusto. Descanso de mi catarsis, además disfrutar de las personas que vemos en el sitio son salidas que de verdad traen mucho bienestar.
