Juan era un señor que vivía en una zona de bajos recursos donde había carencia de los servicios públicos tales como agua, aseo, alumbrado eléctrico, transporte público, calles sin asfaltar, entre otros. Cada día que pasaba, deseaba una transformación con todas sus fuerzas para el entorno donde se desenvolvía, soñaba con tener en su casa agua todos los días, que el camión recolector de basura se llevara los desechos, que las calles estuvieran alumbradas para no ser presa fácil de la delincuencia…
Pasaba el tiempo y no había cambio en el sector, seguía comprando el agua, y padeciendo de enfermedades respiratorias por la gran cantidad de polvo producto de las calles sin asfaltar… Una noche salió a caminar para despejar la mente sin rumbo fijo, de repente le dio por mirar al suelo y observó una luz que emanaba a lo lejos. La curiosidad era tan fuerte que fue a ver.
Juan vio que era un llavero, lo más sorprendente fue que hablaba y le dijo: "Conozco de tu situación, pide lo que deseas y se hará realidad". Juan le respondió: ¿Eres capaz de mejorar mi vida? El llavero le contestó: eso dependerá de ti”.
Quedó Juan dudando, y aun así le dijo: "Quiero tener agua en mi casa todos los días y ver las calles asfaltadas, me estoy enfermando mucho, tu necesidad será solucionada. A Juan le dio por voltearse y el llavero desapareció, sin dejar rastros, volviendo a estar en oscuridad el lugar.
Juan quedó en shock por la extraña experiencia que le había ocurrido y se devolvió a su casa. Quedó maravillado de que la calle estaba asfaltada y tenía agua en su casa. Agradeció al llavero mágico la transformación de su alrededor que no solo lo beneficiaría a él, sino a la comunidad completa.
Sin embargo, le quedó la idea a Juan que tuvo la oportunidad de pedir que se le cumpliera todo y no lo hizo. La enseñanza que deja la historia es que hay que arriesgarse a plantear ideas, decisiones sin tener miedo, puede implicar mejorar o quedarse estancado.

Juan saw that it was a key ring, the most surprising thing was that it spoke and said: "I know your situation, ask for what you want and it will come true". Juan answered: "Are you capable of improving my life? The key ring answered: "That will depend on you”.
Juan was left hesitating, and even so he said: "I want to have water in my house every day and see the streets asphalted, I am getting very sick, your need will be solved. Juan turned around and the key ring disappeared, leaving no trace, and the place was in darkness again.
Juan was shocked by the strange experience that had happened to him and returned home. He was amazed that the street was paved and he had water in his house. He thanked the magic key ring for the transformation of his surroundings that would not only benefit him, but the entire community.
However, Juan was left with the idea that he had the opportunity to ask for everything to be fulfilled and he did not do it. The teaching that the story leaves is that you have to take the risk of proposing ideas and decisions without being afraid, it can mean to improve or to remain stagnant.
