Hace unos 17 y 13 años, respectivamente, en esta misma época, yo andaba emocionada con la graduación de bachiller de mis dos hijos. No tengo registros fotográficos de la graduación de mi hijo porque él no asistió por estar enfermito, así que recibió su diploma y título por la secretaría del colegio, días después.
Esta foto que comparto hoy, tiene 13 años exactos, y fue el día de la entrega de diploma de mi hija, y la firma del acta de graduación. Fue un acto sencillo en el auditorio del Club de Campo Sur – Pdvsa San Tomé, y al día siguiente fue la misa en la Iglesia de Vista al Sol – Guanipa. Días después fue la recepción.
Fueron días de agite y emoción, pero mi princesa los disfrutó de punta a punta, sobre todo porque se estaba graduando con su grupo de amigos con quienes había compartido estudios desde primaria, y en el mismo colegio de casi toda su vida.
About 17 and 13 years ago, respectively, at this same time, I was excited about the high school graduation of my two sons. I do not have photographic records of my son's graduation because he did not attend due to illness, so he received his diploma and title from the school secretary, days later.
This photo that I share today is exactly 13 years old, and it was the day of my daughter's diploma presentation and the signing of the graduation certificate. It was a simple ceremony in the auditorium of the Club de Campo Sur - Pdvsa San Tomé, and the next day was the mass in the Church of Vista al Sol - Guanipa. Days later was the reception.
They were days of excitement and emotion, but my princess enjoyed them from end to end, especially because she was graduating with her group of friends with whom she had shared studies since elementary school, and in the same school of almost all her life.
En esa institución trabajé varios años, pero para el momento de su graduación, ya yo me había retirado. Un detalle que recuerdo de la foto es que debíamos entrar al auditorio de la mano de nuestros hijos para ir ocupando los asientos delanteros en forma ordenada, y yo venía caminando y a la vez escuchando algo que ella me estaba comentando.
Me concentré tanto en el tema, que no me di cuenta que al final del pasillo de la entrada estaban los fotógrafos, y mi gesto era por mi reacción por la conversación, y si llegué a sonreír, es seguro que ese momento final no lo pilló la cámara, jajaja.
Lo importante es que mi niña si se dio cuenta y nos dejó de recuerdo esta linda sonrisa para mis registros de sus momentos exitosos en la vida.
I worked in that institution for several years, but by the time of her graduation, I had already retired.
One detail I remember from the photo is that we had to enter the auditorium holding our children's hands to occupy the front seats in an orderly fashion, and I was walking and at the same time listening to something she was telling me.I was so focused on the subject, that I did not realize that at the end of the entrance aisle there were photographers, and my gesture was because of my reaction to the conversation, and if I smiled, it is certain that that final moment was not caught by the camera, hahaha.
The important thing is that my little girl did notice and left us this nice smile as a souvenir for my records of her successful moments in life.
