Happy day, afternoon or night everyone.

Vacations or weekends are the most important time to de-stress and share with the family, which allows us to bond while forgetting a little about the problems and so after a restorative vacation we can return to our daily activities renewed.

However, given the global crisis that is affecting different countries in different ways, we may think that it is prohibitive to be able to enjoy a vacation due to lack of money and this limitation can deprive us of spending family time that we all need or couple time that we need. by having that time absent, by not looking for a way to have time where we leave our house or the areas where we spend the most and where energy from everyday life has accumulated that, as we accumulate that stress, ends up making us sick and destroying our family relationships. since MONOTONY is the worst poison in relationships.

In the image you can see a bus that looks humble, however even if it is humble it can also take us to places to have that much-needed and long-awaited relaxing time.

We must always try to find those opportune moments of relaxation and fun even when money and the lack of it may want to sabotage those moments and even without having to spend a lot of money we can have wonderful days of sharing with the family.

You can try to go to public parks and maybe prepare a meal at night and take it to the family or couple's fun day and even if we don't have money to eat out we can have a different day, it is of no use to us that shame or shame Ancestors of having to swear by the need that on every outing we must buy food on the street or go to expensive places and thus bury ourselves at home where MONOTONY will bury our relationship, rather we must sponsor free and fun moments that can be achieved even without much money.

I speak to you from experience since my mother always tried to have a moment of sharing as a family every free day even though we were not a family with a lot of money and there were difficult moments that we still have memories of moments of fun that always kept us together. since we went out even to Ávila in SABASNIEVES, a mountain in the city where you can go to a waterfall where there are many birds on the way and we are surrounded by nature that we can observe and enjoy, or go to parks like the PARQUE DEL ESTE, to see the animals and there have a small picnic with homemade food and so many outings that gave us a happy childhood where we have many beautiful memories that we can use to calm the disagreements that we may have in daily life and so those bad moments never get out of control.

So everyone should look for moments to share with the family and don't let the lack of money prevent you from achieving those happy moments.

Feliz día, tarde o noche a todos.

Las vacaciones o el fin de semana es el momento mas importante para desestresarse y compartir en familia que nos permite unir lazos a la vez que nos olvidamos un poco de los problemas y así luego de unas reparadoras vacaciones podemos llegar a nuestras actividades diarias ya renovados.

Sin embargo ante la crisis mundial que esta afectando a los distintos paises de distinta manera podemos pensar que es prohibitivo poder disfrutar de unas vacaciones por falta de dinero y esa limitante nos puede privar de pasar un tiempo de familia que todos necesitamos aun tiempo de pareja que al tener ausente ese tiempo, al no buscar la forma de tener un tiempo donde salimos de nuestra casa o las zonas donde mas pasamos y donde hay acumulado una energía de la cotidianidad que al ir acumulando ese stress nos termina enfermando y destruyendo nuestra relaciones de familia ya que la MONOTONIA es el peor veneno de las relaciones.

En la imagen se puede ver un autobús que se ve es humilde, sin embargo aun siendo humilde también nos puede llevar a lugares para poder tener ese tiempo de relax tan necesitado y ansiado.

Debemos siempre tratar de buscar esos momento de relax y de diversión oportunos aun cuando el dinero y la falta de el nos pueda querer sabotear esos momentos y aun sin necesidad de gastar mucho dinero se puede armar días maravillosos de compartir en familia.

Se puede buscar ir a los parques públicos y quizás preparar en la noche una comida y llevarla al día de diversión en familia o pareja y así aunque no tengamos dinero para comer afuera podemos tener un día distinto, de nada nos sirve que la vergüenza o las ansias de tener a juro la necesidad de que en cada salida debemos comprar la comida en la calle o ir a sitios caros y así nos enterremos en casa donde la MONOTONIA ira enterrando nuestra relación, mas bien debemos auspiciar momentos libres y divertidos que se pueden lograr aun sin mucho dinero.

Les hablo desde la experiencia ya que mi madre siempre busco que cada día libre armar un momento de compartir en familia aun cuando no fuimos una familia de mucho dinero y hubo momentos difíciles que aun así tenemos recuerdos de momentos de diversión que nos mantuvo unidos siempre, ya que salíamos aunque sea al Ávila en SABASNIEVES, una montaña en la ciudad donde se puede ir a una cascada donde en el camino hay muchas aves y estamos rodeados de naturaleza que podemos observar y disfrutar, o ir a los parques como el PARQUE DEL ESTE, para ver los animales y alli hacer un pequeño picnick con comida hecha en casa y asi muchas salidas que nos armo unha infancia feliz donde tenemos muchos bellos recuerdos que podemos usar para apasiguar los desencuentris que podemos tener en la vida diaria y asi nunca esos malos momentos se vallan de control.

Así que todos a buscar momentos de compartir con la familia y no dejen que La falta de dinero evite lograr esos momentos felices.
