My little chef of the day. Halley offers to help making lunch today. She helps peeling the 🥕 carrot and deboning the salmon.
And 14 June is the Dragon Boat Festival, and this festival we will enjoy eating Chinese dumpling. Chinese dumpling is mainly made of glutinous rice with salted egg, mushroom, black eyed pea and chestnut.
My husband bought these dumplings when he went out grocery shopping yesterday. My girls love the mushroom. I love the pork belly. But this dumpling had too much lean meat. To me, a good dumpling must have slightly more pork belly than lean meat. What about you? How do you define a good dumpling?
