Nothing can be as calming and as uplifting as growing your veggies and harvesting it.

Just a little over a month back we sowed a variety of seeds ranging from Bitter gourd, ridge guard, and cucumber, to beans, a few of them have already started bearing veggies and it's satisfying to see them fulfilling our daily needs.

One thing that is even more satisfying is that we will be totally relaxed on chemical-free veggies and that too quite fresh.

Over the next few weeks we will start harvesting beans, ridge gourd, etc and I will definitely share the story.

"Feel Good" is a beautiful community; our Natura ecosystem has much to offer to make us feel good. We just need to start living close to it and directly interact and engage with it.

Self-sufficiency is something the Corona period has highlighted. Having a backyard integrated into your garden will always make you feel good and could potentially fulfill a myriad of your daily needs, including your physiological needs.

While vertical gardening is gaining popularity in urban areas, I am blessed to have endowed a wide garden, as I am living in the countryside.
