Magic Monster Cards Doings | My Seasonal Achievement

Joining Splinterlands has been one of my greatest achievement ever, at first I was somehow skeptical about taking the first step especially when I found out it do take a lot of investment to be able to take a stand in the game even if you have to rent those cards it is still and investment because the main goal is to get something tangible later on. The most interesting and challenging part is finding a guild to join, apart from the normal battle earning, having a good/strong guild to play in give you more ways to actually earn but it takes a lot of see a standard guild to join. You need to have some special battle strategies and also be willing to follow the requirements while having the necessary cards to play a particular fray. Most times, I'm always scared not to fail my guild especially when facing higher guild but it is still worth it at the end due to the collective effort which always yield result.

Our last brawl result was really low, we almost bottom the table and we still get some substantial reward though which is way better than the previous tier we were in. Yippe the season ended a day ago already and I am really happy with the seasonal chest result this time around, like it was way better the one I have been receiving some couple of season ago. Currently my mission is to level up most of my gladiator based summoner to at least level 6 which will be good enough at gold league level but getting those summoners in chest are always hard unless luck really shine on me during that season, have been able to level up some to 5 but this season I got a whole 7 lobb lowland card which push the one I have to level 5. Also got a leggy Terraceous hulk which make it number 5 in my collection and I just hope to get one more soon so as to take it straight to level 3, this particular cards should be good during reversed rule set with the void armour it will make it worth that frontline position.

Battle for the week

There is this particular battle I had with D-zero that I will love to share, it came with the born again rule which give all card the rebirth ability which allow then to come back on board with 1 health immediately after getting destroyed, Stampede rule which allow trample ability cards to do multiple damage if they destroy a card and lastly is the are you not entertained which allow one gladiator cards in battle. With that 60 mana capped given, I had to go all into the earth empire city of Ba Sing Se while picking the almighty magic summoner Obsidian with the extra magic ability. when it come to rebirth rule, magic cards are always my go to cards and mostly best in battle because they attack health directly.

With the extra gladiator rule, I had to pick pelacor mercenary as my front line then support it with quora towershead as a gladiator card and mostly because of the magic attack, then went all in with prismatic energy, regal peryton, centuari mage and lastly mycelic slipspawn which are my top 6 earth cards. I can't even imagine what would have happen if I just decided to use melee cards with few magic cards, with what my opponent brought onboard it would have been an easy win for him especially with his frontline and stunned based cards. Magic are still one of the based monster cards out there unless the rule say otherwise or your opponent decided to counter it. What do you see to this setup?
