Go green - fight against covid !!

We all know about COVID-19's (corona virus) out break surfacing our life.To fight against covid you have to boost your immune system. CORONA virus was declared as a global pandemic by the world health organization.There are few key steps that individuals can take to fight this pandemic.
First,everybody should maintain their hygiene standards like hand washing ,specially when you have traveled by public transport.Using an alcoholic sanitizer to disinfect your hands.
secondly, wearing a mask and make sure that it covers your nose and mouth. Besides, stop touching unnecessarily on your mouth.
Those who are already affected by diabetes, hypertension,cardio vascular issues are at a high risk of having covid complications.The food you eat plays a key aspect in boosting your immunity.

DIET Chart

  • Eat low carb diets ; will help you to control high blood sugar
  • Have a protein rich diet
  • regularly consume veggie with beta carotene,ascorbic acid & other vitamins.
  • eat the food rich with omega 3 fatty acid
  • stay hydrated as much as you can
  • avoid smoking and drinking alcohol

The green vegetables like broccoli,spinach or malabar spinach are good options to build your immunity system and fight against corona. MALABAR SPINACH is a good source of - protein, magnesium , potassium, phosphorus , beta carotene and various types of vitamins.

Growing of a plant depends on how much sun light you can provide.You can grow your plan on indoors by the help of a container.Just make sure that you provide sunlight properly.

How to cook

It takes very short time to cook and also tastes good. In today's blog I'll tell you how can you cook spinach in short time and healthy way.
For extra protein you can add shrimp on this curry. So at the very first time you have to wash your spinach and cut it into small parts.

Then take a pan and put a little bit of vegetable oil into it. Put some sliced onion,ginger-garlic paste,red chili,turmeric,coriander,salt to taste and water to need. After that add shrimps here and cook it for 2/3 minutes.

Just after that you can put spinach into it and mixed all the leafs with this gravy slowly.Then cover the pan with a lid and give some time.After giving time add a dash of water to proper cook .

After some time your dish is gonna ready to taste.You can add this dish in your regular diet chart. Malabar Spinach is also very helpful to loss your weight.During this pandemic period It is must remain fit for everyone. As we all are going through lockdown era so it's natural to put extra weight.So you can serve spinach as your meal to loss weight.
