Levels of magnesium that our metabolism demands

It is known that when we go to the pharmacies we can find products containing nutrients and minerals, in multiple formats and that in most cases are usually recommended to increase the level of body collagen, the truth is that there are plant species that provide us with the levels of magnesium that our metabolism demands.

▶ It has been shown that magnesium as a dietary supplement will help us to strengthen our skeletal system, and magnesium also helps in the production of body energy.

Animal sources of potassium are scarce, therefore, people who do not have diets rich in plant species have low magnesium values and, on the other hand, usually show loss of appetite and weakness.

The above reveals the importance of magnesium in our daily diet, considering that magnesium helps provide the energy required for our cellular metabolism.

▶ If you are one of those people who do not usually include vegetable species in your daily diet, and therefore often suffer from headaches and body exhaustion, it should indicate that you are probably suffering from a magnesium deficiency, therefore, I would recommend that you consider consuming the following vegetable species: bananas, avocados, tubers, vegetables and legumes.
