El tamarillo es una fruta tropical, un fruto que proviene de arbusto alto y se da en suramerica, es rico en vitaminas, minerales, calcio, hierro, magnesio, regula la azúcar y su sabor es un poco ácido, es muy bueno para la salud; combinado con la zanahoria que es rica en vitamina A, ESTAMOS HABLANDO DE UNA COMBINACIÓN EXCELENTE que debemos tomar en cuenta en nuestra alimentación diaria. Yo le agregué un poco de azúcar pero si gustan no le agreguen. Espero les guste y disfruten de esta sana y deliciosa bebida.

- En la licuadora añadimos el litro de agua y agregamos los trozos de tamarillo y los trozos de zanahoria a licuar.
- Blend for 1 minute.
