This time I want to share today's activity which consists of preparing a delicious beet and guava smoothie. It is very simple to prepare and in just a few minutes we will be enjoying a nutritious smoothie. This is ideal to strengthen the immune system and thus be shielded against the attack of viruses or diseases.

En esta ocasión deseo compartir mi actividad de hoy la cual consiste en la preparación de un delicioso batido de remolacha y guayaba. Es muy sencillo de preparar y en tan poco minutos estaremos disfrutando de un nutritivo batido. Éste es ideal para fortalecer el sistema inmunológic y así estar blindados ante el ataque de virus o enfermedades.
Venga conmigo y preparemos juntos este batido con el propósito de deleitar el paladar de amigos y familiares. Manos a la remolacha.
- 1 Beetroot
- 2 Guavas
- 8 spoonfuls of sugar
Para preparar este batido utilizamos los siguientes materiales, a saber:
- 1 Remolacha
- 2 Guayabas
- 8 Cucharadas de azúcar
Inicié pelando los vegetales

Después agregué dos tazas de agua a la licuadora, llevé todos los ingredientes y licué hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea
