Amazing Drinks Contest: (A Toast To Water). Spring Inspired Colorful And Nutritional Drink 🍉🥭🍎🍊🍋🌹🌼.


Greetings hivers and healthy drinklovers ❤️! Wishing you all a wonderful mid-week of good health as we enjoy every productivity of our own hands.

Today friends I join this wonderful community #amazingdrinks to participate and share with you in this contest: A Toast To Water, as proposed by @sirenahippie to celebrate and honor World Water Day which is celebrated every 22nd of March. Water 💦 the most natural and healthy substance , serving and nurturing the earth all over the world.

A Toast To Water:

Water is a precious gift of nature that we most times underrate because in some parts of the world it’s made available with just a little cost, while in other parts of the world, many suffer to have it made available to them. But whichever way water is made available to us, we should know how important this natural resources is to earth. We need to preserve and conserve water, making sure to protect water from wastage and pollution especially of the industrial 🏭 pollution to the sea and oceans 🌊. The need for a clean water 💦 that will keep us healthy and that of the generation to come.

And for this contest I have choose to present a drink inspired by this season of Spring 🌹🌼, with its beautiful colors of nature which water is a part of nature. Water the way I see it, gives life to spring through the rain ☔️ fall which automatically brings the dry leaves 🍁 to life 🌿🍃. Spring comes with blooms 🌺🌸🌼🌿of different colors which gave me this idea for a combination of 5 different fruits for a colorful and nutritional healthy drink 🍹. Colors that I love while growing up, as I have the memories of making sure my festivity clothes are always flowered and petals dresses 👗 .

Here I have combined watermelon 🍉, apple 🍎, orange 🍊, mango 🥭 and a squeeze of lemonade 🍋, a tablespoon of premium sugar, adding water as the only liquid to obtain a healthy and nutritional smoothie drink 🍹 that is a total boost to our immune system which helps us as vitality. Water 💦 being the only liquid in the preparation of this drink makes water very important and unique because without water here, these ingredients will never come out as a smoothie in total finishing. I treat my family and friends with drinks like this during occasions and festivities as memories from my growing up, loving springs and flowers 🌸.

Here are the ingredients and step by step for preparation of this healthy, nutritious smoothie.

INGREDIENTS:

200 g of watermelon
2 medium size mango
1 red apple
1 large orange
1 small size lemon
11/2 glass of water
1 tablespoon of premium sugar

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

I will start this recipe by first cutting, slicing, chopping off and dicing the watermelon in squares.

Then will keep aside.

Step 2.

Next I will peel the orange, strip off the layer, and will gradually separate the pulps for more juicy and easy blending. Then keep aside.

Step 3..

Next is to cut the mangoes, slice and peel off the back for the succulent juice..

Step 4.

The apple I will wash, cut , peel off the back . Then dice in little squares .

step 5.

The lemonade is just for squeezing in some of its juice before blending.

Step 6.

Every ingredients is prepared and ready for blending here.

Step 7.

To blend, I will add the ingredients one by one. The watermelon, mango, orange, apple, sugar and the water the liquid controller.

Step 8.

I will squeeze in the lemon juice among the ingredients.

Step 9.

I will gradually blend all into a smooth smoothie of delicious healthy and nutritious drink 🍹.

Step 10.

I will serve this puree of a beauty, a smoothie of healthy ingredients combined into blend with the most only natural resources water 💦.

You can imagine how delicious this drink 🍹 will taste. An inexpensive combination of bit by bit of fresh fruits for that good health that comes without struggle. This is pure vegan 🌱, especially for those of us who love to eat light. We all needs this combination to stay healthy while keeping energized,
