THE RECIPE / LA RECETA
Preparation time: This is a very simple recipe, as long as you have all the ingredients ready, so you will only need 5 minutes to make it.
The amounts of fruits and sweetener may vary according to availability and individual taste.
Servings: 2 liters of fruit water.
2 liters of drinking water.
3 heaped tablespoons of dried Jamaica flowers.
1 peach.
5 strawberries.
5 acerolas, semerucos or ripe cherries (Malpighia emarginata). I collected these from my lot.
Sweetener to your liking. I used 100 grams of white sugar.
Ice cubes (optional).
A strawberry and mint leaves or another plant to decorate. I used curía sarrapia (Justicia pectoralis) leaves that I took from my little plant.
Pot, jug, strainer, stirrer or manual whisk, spoon, knife, glasses, measuring cups, etc.
1 durazno.
5 fresas.
5 acerolas, semerucos o cerecitas maduras (Malpighia emarginata). Yo recolecté estas de mi solar.
Endulzante a tu gusto.
Olla, jarra, colador, removedor o batidor manual, cucharilla, cuchillo, vasos, tazas medidoras, etc.
