Supper Smoothie Papaya Milkshake

Hello everyone
Its Ramadan time. Every muslim fasting. All day no one taking eating anything even a glass of water. when sunset its time for start drinking and eating. So its much important to drink a very smoothie juice to get back the energy and also relies from thirsty. So Papaya milkshake is one of the most important juice for this.

Benefits

Papaya is full of vitamin A,E and C. everyone know that this vitamins are very good for human health. Its also make skin very glow and fresh . Papaya has huge amount of antioxidant which reduce heart problems. So papaya juice is very healthy for human. About milk everyone know that so I am going to describe this.

Ingredient

  1. Papaya 1 piece
  2. Milk half glass
  3. 1 table spoon sugar

Steps

Step 1: take a piece of rip papaya. Clean its upper shell cut its small pieces to blend properly.

Step 2: take all the papaya in a blender jar. And add sugar.

Step 3: Add half glass of water and blend everything properly. Its very important that to blend properly . to make this this juice very smoothie and sweet.

Step 4: Not take this in a glass and add some cut piece of papaya for decorating.
Now my juice is ready to drink.

Papaya milk shake is very healthy. Its very easy to make . Any one can make this whiting 3 minutes. So make papaya juice and drink its in Ramadan.
