Rich , Creamy and delicious mango shake recipe || best for summer

Mangoes are the peak of the season and it is best to make something delicious using this amazing fruit or we can say the King of the fruit. Which is not only delicious but loaded with nutritions.

Last time i shared the recipe of mango ice-cream and today i would like to share the method of rich, Creamy & delicious mango shake. Mango shake is the perfect refreshing and sweet drink for the summer season.

Most amazing part of this drink is that this is easy recipe which we can ready in less time with few ingredients. Mostly we enjoyed this with the dinner as a dessert. But you can enjoy it any time of the day. For me one glass of shake enhance the taste of the dinner and give me satisfaction for the whole day. If you use less sugar or drink it without sugar this is become healthiest drink. Mango contains vitamins, fiber and minerals. So this is the best for the summer.



So, here is the recipe of Rich , Creamy, delicious Mango Shake made from the king of fruits, Mango 🥭



INGREDIENTS ✅

  • Mango 3-4
  • Milk 1/2 litre
  • Sugar 1-2 tbsp ( optional)


METHOD ✅

STEP 1 :

First of all take the mangoes, wash the mango, peel them and chopped in the slices. Remove the stone. You don't need to chooped very well. Just chopped randomly like this .

STEP 2 :

Now add little water and blend it. You can bland it with jar and mixer or you can do it with blender. This time i used blender for it.

In the middle i add some sugar in it. Adding sugar is totally up to you. You can add more sugar/ less sugar or no sugar according to your taste and the sweetness of the mango. Now blend it properly, so there is no chunk of mango left.

STEP 3 :

Now take a sieve , put it on the large container and sieve the mango puree properly. Add little water if needed.

STEP 4 :

Now add milk to it. I add 1/2 liter milk in it. You can also adjust the quantity of the milk. I used thick, Creamy milk for it. I added chilled milk. If you add milk at room temperature than add some cubes of ice.

Now mix it well. Your mango milk shake is ready to enjoy 😋.

You can enjoy it any time of the day.
