Hola amigos de esta grandiosa comunidad #amazingdrinks, les comento que en realidad no era muy amante a los jugos, medio me gustaban mas las bebidas cítricas, sin embargo, desde que mi bebé inició la alimentación complementaria, comencé a darle diferentes jugos y merengadas, fon la intención de que le agarre amor a la comida, y bueno, finalmente terminé enamorándome de las distintas bebidas que hago para mi bebé, y aquí les comento una de mis favoritas.
Cuando probé por primera vez está merengada, fui engañada por mi mamá, porque me dijo que era una teta de mantecado, de verdad que caí en el engaño porque a mí me encantó, después de que me la acabo me digo que era una merengada de auyama, en verdad que no podía creer lo deliciosa que era, pues está vez me animé a recordar los viejos tiempos, reflejando la escencia de mi mamá en esta increible bebida, los ingredientes son muy sencillos, como lo son:
- 200gr de Auyama previamente sancochadas.
- 350 ML de agua fría
- 1 cucharada de azúcar
- 1 cucharadita escencia de vainilla
- 3 cucharadas de leche completa
Primero agregamos el agua bien fría en el vaso de la licuadora acompañado de los 200gr de Auyama cocida.
Continuamos con agregar tres cucharadas de leche en polvo.
Seguidamente una cucharada de azúcar y escencia de vainilla.
Procedemos a licuar, por unos minutos y listo, si quieres le agregas hielo, está bebida es una delicia, por eso a mi bebé le encanta y q mi también claro está!...

Hello friends of this great #amazingdrinks community, I tell you that I was not really a juice lover, I kind of liked citrus drinks more, however, since my baby started complementary feeding, I started giving him different juices and snacks, I had the intention of getting a love for food, and well, I finally ended up falling in love with the different drinks I make for my baby, and here I tell you one of my favorites.
When I tried this merengada for the first time, I was tricked by my mother, because she told me that it was a tit of butter, I really fell for the trick because I loved it, after I finished it I told myself that it was a merengada of auyama, I really couldn't believe how delicious it was, because this time I decided to remember the old days, reflecting the essence of my mother in this incredible drink, the ingredients are very simple, as they are:
- 200g of previously parboiled Auyama.
- 350 ML of cold water
- 1 spoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 3 tablespoons of whole milk
First we add the very cold water to the blender glass accompanied by the 200g of cooked Auyama.
We continue by adding three tablespoons of powdered milk.
Next a spoonful of sugar and vanilla essence.
We proceed to blend, for a few minutes and that's it, if you want you can add ice, this drink is a delight, that's why my baby loves it and so does I of course!...
