Hello everyone, let me introduce myself, my name is Camilo I am Cuban and today I come with a recipe for a cocktail with alcoholic content whose base is a ginger tea accompanied by a liqueur of honey, lemon and gin, without further words let's go there.
Ingredientes
Jarabe de miel 45 ml
Ginebra Beefeater 45 ml
Jugo de Limón 30 ml
Te de jengibre Rellenar la copa
Ingredients
Honey syrup 45 ml
Beefeater Gin 45 ml
Lemon juice 30 ml
Ginger tea Filling the glass
Preparación
The first thing we are going to make is a honey syrup, as it is well known, bee honey is very dense so it must be diluted to work better with this product, in this case use in the same proportions of hot water and honey 60 ml of each one and stir both components to obtain the desired mixture.
The next thing to do is the ginger tea, for this we take a medium-sized tuber, chop it into slices and proceed to make our tea.
Once the honey syrup and ginger tea have been made, we proceed to mix the different ingredients to make the cocktail in the following order: honey syrup, gin Beefeater, lemon juice and finally the hot tea, all in an Irish coffee glass.
Remove and enjoy
Although Cuba is a country where most of the time it is hot, we have our winter stage that although it does not snow, it is dry and cold, which leads us to take hot preparations to maintain a constant temperature.
