Soursop, a tropical fruit, has many benefits for the body, likewise the hibiscus, which is consumed is the dried flower and has a lot of fiber.
This juice will help you with stomach problems, such as bloating, gas or indigestion, strengthens bones and is a great source of energy.
So it is a very special juice, I hope you prepare it.
Ingredientes para la preparación del jugo:
- 2 Guanábanas.
- 5 flores secas de Jamaica.
- 80 gramos de azúcar.
- 600 ml de agua.
- Hielo (opcional)
Ingredients for the preparation of the juice:
- 2 Guanábanas.
- 5 dried flowers of Jamaica.
- 80 grams of sugar.
- 600 ml of water.
- Ice (optional)
Preparation:
- Wash well with water, the dried hibiscus flowers, then put it in a pot with water to put them in the candle to boil, when it is boiling we lower it from the candle, let stand.
- Remove the peel from the soursop and remove the seeds. Try to leave as few seeds as possible when you are going to blend.
- Place the pulp in the blender, add a little water, the idea is that the juice is thick, blend until all the fruit is broken down.
- Now strain the soursop juice, add it in a container. Likewise, strain the Jamaica juice, add sugar to the Jamaica juice and the soursop juice. When we see that the two juices have enough sugar, now we join them together
- Add the soursop juice first and then the hibiscus juice, and with this we finish making the delicious juice.
