Hoy me siento feliz de preparar mi jugo favorito: de mel贸n y cereza con leche, desde peque帽a mi madre lo preparaba, es un jugo muy bueno ya que tiene muchos beneficios,ayuda a mejorar el tracto intestinal. Es diur茅tico, entre otros.

Delicioso jugo de mel贸n y cereza con leche.
馃崍馃崚Ingredientes para la preparaci贸n del jugo:
- 600 gramos de mel贸n.
- 200 gramos de cerezas.
- 300 gramos de az煤car.
- 100 gramos de leche.

- 600 grams of melon.
- 200 grams of cherries.
- 300 grams of sugar.
- 100 grams of milk.
馃崍馃崚Preparaci贸n del delicioso jugo de mel贸n y cereza con leche:
- Lavar con agua el mel贸n y con un cuchillo quitar la concha.
- Luego picar en trozos peque帽os.

- Wash with water the melon and with a knife remove the shell.

- Lavar las cerezas con agua, para luego meterlas en la licuadora con agua y licuar.
- Despu茅s de haber licuado , colar el jugo y reservar.

- Ahora colocamos en la licuadora los trozos de mel贸n dentro de la licuadora con agua para licuar.
- Despu茅s de haber licuado el mel贸n , lo unimos con el jugo de cereza.

- Agregar al jugo el az煤car y la leche, mezclar con un batidor.
