Hello friends, I hope you're doing well. Summer has started in India and the temperature is rising every day. Instead of feeling hungry, I always feel like drinking water or some other liquid, but that isn't enough to give me energy. So today, I prepared a garden-picked mango shake for lunch. It's cold, filling, and has a cooling effect.
ingredients:
2 mangoes 1 mango for each glass.
1 cup cold milk with 2 pinch of saffron
2 cardamom
Mangoes are enough sweet do not need sugar
Cut mangoes
And get the clean(without peel and Stone) pulp.
peel cardamoms.
In a mixer jar add mango pulp with cardamom seeds.
Add milk and saffron to the mango pulp.
Blend until gets smooth puree.
A nice smooth aromatic mango shake is ready.
It is a delicious, naturally sweet, cooling, and filling shake good for hot weather.
