1 vaso de agua de coco
1 vaso de sangría.
1/2 manzana
1/2 coco.
Medio taza de jugo de naranja.
Azúcar.
Cubos de hielo.
1 copa.
1 glass of coconut water
1 glass of sangria.
1/2 apple
1/2 coconut.
Half a cup of orange juice.
sugar.
Ice cubes.
1 glass.
Comenzamos picando la manzana en cuadritos y también sacamos una rodaja.
We start by chopping the apple into cubes and also remove a slice.
Luego rallamos el coco.
Then we grate the coconut
Ahora en un plato vertemos un poco de jugo de naranja y sumergimos la parte superior de la copa y hacemos lo mismo en otro plato con la azucar.
Now in a plate we pour some orange juice and dip the top of the glass and do the same in another plate with the sugar.
Hecho esto echamos en la copa la manzana picada en cuadritos y el coco rayado.
Once this is done, add the diced apple and the shredded coconut to the glass.
Por último vertemos 2 cubos de hielo, el agua de coco hasta la mitad de la copa y la sangría hasta la otra a mitad, para dar un toque más bonito y elegante colocamos como adorno la rodaja de manzana y un sorbete.
Finally pour the coconut water up to half of the glass and the sangria up to the other half, to give a more beautiful and elegant touch we place the apple slice and a sorbet as a garnish.
