Natural Retinol Juice from fruit (Carrot + Tomato) šŸ„•+šŸ…

Hello drink friends. This time I'm back to greet friends in our favorite community (Amazing Drinks) a place for all of us who love drinks to share recipes with everyone.

I hope all my friends are happy and healthy. This time I want to ask all my friends a little.. How do you keep your skin healthy with the ever-changing climate???

Of course, for everyone, skin health is the most desirable thing for everyone, especially for women, although now many men are very concerned about skin health. Some take great care of their skin health by using various products to protect and maintain their skin and some also maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Honestly, for me personally, I rarely use products like sunblock or just handbody. Because I'm a forgetful person. But I always maintain a healthy lifestyle, especially from drinks. Since I found out some posts on social media about natural Retinol. I immediately found out what the uses of retinol are for the skin. And it turns out that retinol has a million benefits, one of which is
ā€¢ Preventing premature aging
ā€¢ Brightening the skin
ā€¢ Fading dark spots
ā€¢ Maintaining skin moisture
And as we all know that Retinol is an active skincare ingredient that is known to make skin look youthful. However, this time I will share natural Retinol that I unknowingly make very often.

For carrots and tomatoes, I only use half. And the other half I save to make again tomorrow

Peel the carrots, then cut them into 2 parts

After the juice is smooth, prepare a strainer. Then strain the juice to separate the water from the pulp. You can also not strain it. But I like it when this juice is strained first.
