Hello.. This morning I want to share a delicious smoothie recipe with simple ingredients.
This drink recipe came very spontaneously. Based on my liking for the sweetness of tomatoes and reducing sugar by replacing it with condensed milk. Making this drink one of my favorite smoothies.
Surely you are familiar with this juice mixture (Tomato and cucumber). But this time I made a combination by adding condensed milk in it. FYI, the fruit I use is frozen fruit that is left overnight in the freezer, my friend.
Smoothie tomtim (Tomato and cucumber)

Ingredients needed
- Β½ tomato
- ΒΌ cucumber
- 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 80 ml water
Instructions
- Previously, I have frozen the cucumber and tomato in the freezer for 1 night.
Peel the cucumber and cut the tomato into Β½ pieces. Because we only use Β½ tomato and ΒΌ cucumber
- After the cucumber is peeled. Cut the cucumber into small pieces, and put it in the portable blender that we have prepared together with the tomatoes in it.
- After all the fruit is in. Put 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk into the blender.
- Then. Put 80 ml of water into the portable blender and start blending until the cucumber is smooth.
- Once the smoothie is smooth. Prepare a glass and ready to serve.
- Serve. Well, the ingredients that I wrote here. can be for just 1 glass, my drink friends.
