Hoy quiero darles una preparaci贸n muy exquisita y f谩cil de preparar, se trata de un c贸ctel, una bebida adulterada, en combinaci贸n con frutas y sabores. Una bebida con el fin de buscar momentos, compartir entre amistades y pasar excelente ratos. Si bien todo es una idea para ustedes descubran y conozcan variaciones para no repetir lo t铆pico o lo de siempre, si no aqu铆 te mostraremos lo que tu puedes hacer para disfrutar.
Antes de comenzar y dar la preparaci贸n, quiero como siempre, y no perder costumbre, es comentar el contexto. Bueno si bien, cada fin de semana, siempre mi pareja o mi familia, tratamos de hacer algo para compartir en familia, sea un alguna comida del d铆a o merienda. En este caso pues tenia unas ganas de tomar alguna bebida que sea ideal para el compartimiento y el di谩logo. Aunque quer铆a algo sencillo, pens茅 en elaborar una bebida con algo, y pens茅 (驴Qu茅 podr铆a ser?). Anteriormente trabaje en un lugar donde elaboraban cocteles a base de soda, como para refrescar en un d铆a caluroso, quise en recolectar en esos ingredientes o ideas que ellos mismos utilizaban, y para esto obtuve lo siguiente:
Ingredientes:
1 litro de Sangria blanca.
10 hojas de hierba buena.
陆 de Parchita.
陆 de Lim贸n.
Hielo.
1 Soda.
Bueno amigos, para empezar, dejamos preparado nuestro concentrado de limon, exprimiendo todo su zumo en una taza.
Mientras tanto apartamos las hojas de su tallo, la hierba buena, para su elaboraci贸n y decoraci贸n. Y por 煤ltimo retiramos toda la extracci贸n o pulpa de la parchita o maracuy谩 para nuestra preparaci贸n en una taza.
Empezamos tomando nuestra hierba buena al fondo del vaso (antes de agregarlo, debemos, le damos un ligero golpe aplastando con nuestra palma, para liberar mas olor y sabor), Una vez esto, vamos a colocar nuestro hielo para enfriar nuestro, vaso, agregando seguidamente nuestra pulpa de Parchita, (con toda la semilla, para qu茅 suelte su sabor dulce y c铆trico, excelente sabor que le dar谩 a nuestro c贸ctel).
Una vez esto, agregamos media oz de soda y del resto agregamos nuestra sangr铆a a nuestro gusto, dependiendo de que tan dulce o no desea nuestro c贸ctel, yo por lo general se le agrega como 1 oz o oz y media para que se pronuncie ese sabor delicioso a manzana Verde, extractor de la sangr铆a.
Por 煤ltimo, vamos a revolver, t茅cnicamente se elabora con una cuchara especial para remover cocteles, se le conoce como cuchara bailarina. Una vez hecho, procedemos a degustar y de juzgar. La verdad me sorprendi贸 mucho la combinaci贸n, no se si existe un c贸ctel elaborado asi, pero siento que vali贸 much铆simo la pena.
Para mi descripci贸n, estuvo como protagonista, obviamente la sangr铆a, dando ese sabor fuerte de la manzana, un sabor como los jugos de cart贸n pero sin dejar el sabor astringente de cualquier bebida alcoh贸lica. El dulce y c铆trico entre el lim贸n y la parchita, equilibra y te hace cambiar el sabor, obteniendo un sabor repotenciado y delicioso para tomar, casi como un jugo natural, pero no se conf铆en, entre su licor y gracias a la soda le da ese deliciosa reacci贸n a un c贸ctel gaseoso, donde te puede llenar entre gases u sodio.

In this case, I wanted to have a drink that is ideal for sharing and dialogue. Although I wanted something simple, I thought about making a drink with something, and I thought (What could it be?). Previously I worked in a place where they made soda-based cocktails, as a refreshment on a hot day, I wanted to collect those ingredients or ideas that they themselves used, and for this I obtained the following:
Ingredients:
1 liter of white Sangria.
10 leaves of mint.
陆 of Passion fruit.
陆 of Lemon.
Ice.
1 Soda.
Well friends, to start, we prepare our lemon concentrate, squeezing all its juice into a cup.
Meanwhile, we separate the leaves from the stem, the mint, for preparation and decoration. And finally we remove all the extraction or pulp from the passion fruit or passion fruit for our preparation in a cup.
We start by taking our good herb to the bottom of the glass (before adding it, we must give it a light blow, crushing it with our palm, to release more smell and flavor), Once this is done, we are going to place our ice to cool our glass, adding then our Passion Fruit pulp, (with all the seeds, so that it releases its sweet and citrus flavor, an excellent flavor that it will give to our cocktail).
Once this is done, we add half an oz of soda and the rest we add our sangria to our taste, depending on how sweet or not you want our cocktail, I usually add about 1 oz or an oz and a half so that that flavor is pronounced. Delicious Green apple, sangria extractor.
Finally, let's stir, technically it is made with a special spoon for stirring cocktails, it is known as a dancing spoon. Once done, we proceed to taste and judge. The truth is that I was very surprised by the combination, I don't know if there is a cocktail made like that, but I feel that it was very worth it.
For my description, it was the protagonist, obviously the sangria, giving that strong apple flavor, a flavor like cardboard juices but without leaving the astringent taste of any alcoholic beverage. The sweet and citrus between the lemon and the passion fruit, balances and makes you change the flavor, obtaining an enhanced and delicious flavor to drink, almost like a natural juice, but don't trust it, between its liquor and thanks to the soda it gives it that delicious reaction to a fizzy cocktail, where it can fill you up with gas or sodium.
