Hello creative community, I am pleased to greet you again today and share with you a tobacco harvest. As I have mentioned in other opportunities I live in a town where the main source of income is cocoa, agriculture and the production of homemade tobacco in an artisanal way.
Hola comunidad creativa encantado en saludarles nuevamente el día de hoy les comparto una cosecha de tabaco. Como les he mencionado en otras oportunidades vivo en un pueblo donde su principal fuente de ingreso son el cacao, la agricultura y la producción de tabaco hecho en casa de manera artesanal.
This material is sometimes planted in my own town but the production is small for the great demand, most of the material to make it comes from another state. For the sowing, the land is conditioned and the seeds are sown until the harvest is obtained.
Once the plant is ready, it is cut and taken home until it is completely dry to be used as raw material.
Este material a veces se siembra en mi mismo pueblo pero la producción es poca para la gran demanda, el material en su gran mayoría para hacerlo viene de otro estado. Para la siembra se acondiciona el terreno y se siembra las semillas hasta lograr obtener la cosecha.
Una vez que la planta esté lista se corta y se lleva a casa hasta que esté completamente seca para poder usar como materia prima
After having the raw material, the process of the elaboration of the tobacco begins, first it is cut and a mince is made which is called tripe, then a layer which is called capote to wrap the mince, then it is glued with paste and finally with scissors we cut both.
Después de tener la materia prima comienza el proceso de la elaboración del tabaco, primero se recorta y se hace un picadillo al que se le llama tripa , después una capa al que tiene por nombre capote para envolver el picadillo, luego se pega con engrudo y finalmente con una tijera cortamos ambas.
