Yo no sé porque, pero me encanta hacer Portalápices y aunque tengo varios, en mi escritorio, siempre siento que necesito otro. 🤭
Pero en esta ocasión no lo hice para mí, sino para mi sobrino al cual le gusta mucho Spiderman.
Today I want to share with you the making of this cute Spiderman pencil holder.
I don't know why, but I love making pencil holders and even though I have several on my desk, I always feel like I need another one. 🤭
But this time I didn't do it for myself, but for my nephew who really likes Spiderman.
La elaboración de este portalapiz fue bastante fácil y económica, utilicé materiales que ya tenía en casa y también materiales reciclables.
Making this pencil holder was quite easy and economical, I used materials that I already had at home and also recyclable materials.

Primero hice la base para el portalapiz, tome un pedazo de cartón e hice un circulo guiandome con uno de los rollos de cinta para embalar luego lo recorté y lo pegue con silicón caliente al rollo.
First I made the base for the pencil holder, I took a piece of cardboard and made a circle guiding myself with one of the rolls of packing tape, then I cut it out and glued it with hot silicone to the roll.
El siguente paso fue pintar, con los correspondientes colores de Spiderman por supuesto. El rollo al que le puse la base lo pinte de azul, que es el que va en la parte de abajo y el otro rollo, que va en la parte de arriba, lo pinte de rojo.
The next step was to paint, with the corresponding Spiderman colors of course. I painted the roll that I put the base on blue, which is the one that goes on the bottom and the other roll, which goes on the top, I painted red.
Luego con silicón caliente procedí a pegar ambas piezas una sobra la otra para armar el portalapiz. ¡Miren que bonito va querando! 😍🤭 Amo esa combinación de colores, tengo que vestirme con esos colores algun dia, "la mujer arana" 😆 ok no. 😒

Luego comencé a hacer los apliques para decorar mi portalapiz y para eso utilicé foami.
Hice los ojos de la máscara con foami negro y blanco ambos escarchados.
Then I started making the appliqués to decorate my pencil holder and for that I used foam.
I made the eyes of the mask with black and white foam, both frosted.
Como quería que esté fuese un portalapiz muy personalizado decidi colocarle el nombre de mi sobrino y para darle un toque mucho más lindo decidi usar la tipografía de Spiderman.
Since I wanted this to be a very personalized pencil holder, I decided to put my nephew's name on it and to give it a much cuter touch I decided to use Spiderman's font.
Luego pegué los apliques al portalapiz y como también quería simular algo así como la máscara de Spiderman pique tiras bastante finas de foami escarchado negro y le rogué a Dios que quedara bien 😆 porque mi idea era hacerlo con pintura al frio, pero no tengo un princel fino, así que me toco imporvisar.
Then I glued the appliqués to the pencil holder and since I also wanted to simulate something like Spiderman's mask, I cut out quite thin strips of black frosted foam and prayed to God that it turned out well 😆 because my idea was to do it with cold paint, but I don't have a princel fine, so I have to improvise.
Y este fue el resultado, entre en pánico pegando esas tiras de foami, porque pense que iba a arruinar todo, pero gracias a Dios todo salio bien y quedé muy satisfecha con el resultado y una vez mas aprendí que improvisar, seguir nuestros instintos y experimentar a veces funciona muy bien.
And this was the result, I panicked gluing those foam strips, because I thought I was going to ruin everything, but thank God everything turned out well and I was very satisfied with the result and once again I learned that improvising, following our instincts and experimenting sometimes it works very well.
