DIY/ Santa for Christmas

Hello everyone how is your day going over there? Mine is moving on smoothly here and the weather is making my work smooth as well. I haven't been able to post here for some time now because I was busy with work.

So today, I will be making a Santa for my DIY contest, it is a season of greetings, the season of Love, and the season of sharing. I am glad I could participate in this contest even though I was busy offline, I did the Santa craft yesterday but I was too busy to write the post for it and today again work had been hectic but for now, I am less busy, because it's raining and the rain wouldn't let more customers come in. So I made use of the opportunity to drop my Santa contest post.

Let's get to the business.

Materials are*:

Used clothes (black, red, and white)
Super glue
Scissors
Needle and thread (white)
Cotton wool

The process

I cut a big and small triangle shape from the red cloth, then I cut a small rectangle from the white cloth. I now sew the white cloth at the tip of the small triangle and set it aside.

I made use of needle and thread to sew the edges of the big triangle shape, but I didn't sew the mouth because that is where I would pass through to fill up the Santa body.

After that, I filled up the small triangle with wool to form a Santa cap and then sewed it on the head of the big triangle which had already been filled, and I filled small white cloth with small wool then sewed it at the tip of the cap.

I cut a round shape on the white cloth, then placed it on the big triangle. I sew the round white cloth to form the face of Santa.

I also cut a small round shape from the black cloth then sewed it as the Santa eyes alongside with the mouth and the nose which were all sewed.

I made use of the remaining cotton wool to do the Santa bears, I also made use of the needle and thread to sew the bears on the Santa face. Then I made use of super glue to gum the eyeballs.

Lastly, I cut a rectangle shape and then sewed it around the Santa to form the belt and now my Santa is ready to share a gift on Christmas day.
