How to make a Frankenstein Funko using fomi. [ENG+ESP]

Greetings, community. We are already in the middle of October and it's time for the spookiest Halloween crafts to start popping up. With this goal in mind, I have decided to bring you a tutorial where I will show you how to craft a Frankenstein in the purest Funko Pop style.

This Frankenstein is creepy in name only, since his appearance is only tenderness, as he is still very tiny. But do not be fooled by that innocent face, because this little guy likes to do a lot of mischief.

Saludos, comunidad. Ya estamos a mediados de octubre y es hora de que las más espeluznantes manualidades de Halloween empiecen a aparecer. Con este objetivo en mente, he decidido traerles un tutorial donde les mostraré cómo elaborar un Frankenstein al más puro estilo Funko Pop.

Este Frankenstein de espeluznante solo tiene el nombre, ya que su apariencia lo único que transmite es ternura, pues aún está muy chiquitito. Pero no se dejen engañar por esa cara de inocente, porque a este pequeño le gusta hacer muchas travesuras.

Step by step // Paso a paso

1️⃣ Draw all the parts of the funko on a sheet of paper and then cut them out. Use the image below as a guide.

Dibuja todas las partes del funko en una hoja de papel y luego recórtalas. Utiliza la imagen a continuación como guía.

2️⃣ Use the paper molds to mark and cut out all the necessary fomi pieces. Group the pieces in sections corresponding to the head, the pumpkin and the body. The pumpkin has vines, which you will make by rolling up a thin strip of green fomi.

Utiliza los moldes de papel para marcar y recortar todas las piezas de fomi necesarias. Agrupa las piezas por secciones correspondientes a la cabeza, la calabacita y el cuerpo. La calabacita lleva unas lianas, las cuales deberás hacer enrollando una tira fina de fomi verde.

3️⃣ Use the colored markers to shade the different parts of the body that require it. Green for the head and arms, blue for the pants, purple for the jacket, orange for the pumpkin and black for the bolts and other details.

Utiliza los marcadores de colores para dar sombreado a las diferentes partes del cuerpo que así lo requieran. Verde para la cabeza y los brazos, azul para los pantalones, violeta para la chaqueta, naranja para la calabaza y negro para los tornillos y demás detalles.

4️⃣ Glue the hair on the top of the head. Then glue the head to the top right corner of the hair and to the side of the head place the screws.

Pega el pelo en la parte superior de la cabeza. Luego pega la cabecita en la esquina superior derecha del pelo y al costado de la cabeza coloca los tornillos.

5️⃣ Glue the red shirt and blue pants using the black belt with the skull-shaped buckle. On top of everything place the purple jacket and then the shoes. Glue the head to the body.

Pega la camisa roja y los pantalones azules utilizando el cinturón negro con la hebilla en forma de calavera. Encima de todo coloca la chaqueta violeta y luego los zapatos. Pega la cabeza al cuerpo.

6️⃣ Use the black marker to draw the funko's mouth, eyes and scar. Add details and highlights to the eyes and hair using a white marker or white paint.

Utiliza el marcador negro para dibujar la boca, los ojos y la cicatriz del funko. Agrega detalles y reflejos a los ojos y el pelo utilizando un marcador blanco o pintura blanca.
