A Natural Facial Oil

Hello everyone!

Beauty doesn't have to be something complicated, full of chemicals in jars with a bunch of technical words that we hardly know or can hardly even pronounce. It looks like a chemistry class. The curious thing is that many of these compounds come from nature or some are replicated in laboratories, with the same or similar active ingredients... Because what is natural is simply natural.

And now natural cosmetics returns to us, more and more people care not only about what they eat but also about what they put on their skin, isn't the skin also part of the body, in fact the largest organ we have? Inside and outside, everything is connected.

So I'm trying different products and combinations, including a very easy natural facial oil. I have already been trying it and it leaves the skin very soft and I even notice it a little smoother, maybe the desire or... yes, it really does something good.

Just a few ingredients are necessary:

  • 100 ml. Extra virgin olive oil – This is “liquid gold” that for more than 2000 years they already used it for many things, the Romans liked it a lot, especially the one that was produced in my country, then Hispania (Spain now), and we continue using it.
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of coconut oil – With the heat you already know that it is liquid, so add something else.
  • 2 tablespoons of rice flour – If you don't have one, you can use normal rice grains, simply grind them in a food processor or mill, and the flour is ready. The first time I did it like this, no problem.
  • 1 bag or teaspoon of green tea – Yes, enough to make an infusion.

And that's it. All these elements are very beneficial, with nutritional, regenerative, vitamin and antioxidant benefits.

Now all that remains is to mix everything, nothing happens if the coconut oil is difficult, you can already put it on the fire, the bowl with water, that is, in a bain-marie, slowly stir for about 12 to 15 minutes, depending on the power.

Then let it cool down, and when you can handle it, you have to strain it, but the strainer alone is not enough, use gauze or another filter. I used gauze but I had to continue putting another double so that only the oil comes out. (Although afterwards some of the flour can be felt, but nothing happens, it's natural, and it still seems more so).

You put it in a little crystal jar and depending on the temperature you have at home it will be more or less liquid, around here it's not cold anymore, upside down and it seems more liquid, you can also put it in the fridge if you want, the first time in winter It left me like a cream. But you can put it in a small dosing container now that it's liquid, or simply take a little with your finger and spread it like the oil it is.

Well, with basic kitchen natural products, you can do a lot for beauty. I love natural cosmetic tips and products and I would like to learn more, everything has its way...

I imagine that it will depend on the type of skin, (disclaimer= I do not promise miracles, I only share my personal experience), but I have noticed softer, silkier and more hydrated skin. Give oil, time and love to your skin. And smile that always beautifies.

Thanks for reading! Have a natural and beautiful day.
