He hecho varias publicaciones sobre la Expo TecnoDigital, realmente tengo videos, y fotografías que quiero compartir con todos ustedes. Este post tendrá una diferencia de los anteriores, es muy vivencial.
La primera vez que pude reunirme con el equipo que hoy integra @hiversbqto fue por una invitación de @joheredia21. Él cordialmente me preguntó por Twitter de donde era, y luego me envió una invitación por el mismo chat de esa plataforma para unirnos a un grupo de Telegram. Claro, esto fue al corroborar que era de Barquisimeto.
Ambos nos conocimos por el Discord de Movies & TV Shows, una de nuestras comunidades favoritas. En ese servidor nació mi camino, una amistad de mucho respeto y aprendizaje.
Cuando @joheredia21 me invitó al grupo de Telegram pensé en si debía o no hacerlo porque en cierta forma suelo esconderme un poco, y también pensaba mucho sobre mi camino en Hive. Tenía muchas dudas en aquel instante.
Todo era desconocido. Nunca me esperé que solamente al unirme a un grupo de Telegram viviría tantas cosas en un año, y que me haría ver todo de múltiples formas. Recuerdo como si fuera ayer cuando acordamos vernos por primera vez en el Parque del Este de Barquisimeto. Ese día todo quedo definido, la calidez y el valor de la comunidad había disipado mis dudas.

I have made several posts about the TecnoDigital Expo, I actually have videos, and pictures that I want to share with all of you. This post will have a difference from the previous ones, it is very experiential.
The first time I was able to meet with the team that today integrates @hiversbqto was by an invitation from @joheredia21. He cordially asked me on Twitter where I was from, and then sent me an invitation through the same chat of that platform to join a Telegram group. Of course, this was after corroborating that I was from Barquisimeto.
We both met on Movies & TV Shows Discord, one of our favorite communities. On that server my path was born, a friendship of much respect and learning.
When @joheredia21 invited me to the Telegram group I thought about whether or not I should do it because in a way I tend to hide a bit, and I also thought a lot about my path in Hive. I had a lot of doubts at the time.
Everything was unknown. I never expected that just by joining a Telegram group I would experience so many things in one year, and that it would make me see everything in multiple ways. I remember as if it were yesterday when we agreed to meet for the first time in the Parque del Este in Barquisimeto. That day everything was defined, the warmth and value of the community had dispelled my doubts.
El equipo soñaba con algo como esto, soñaba con hacer lo mejor para el ecosistema en nuestra ciudad. No fue fácil, hubo muchas cosas detrás de ello, y un esfuerzo de muchas personas. Creo que la confianza es lo más importante, esa se gana con el compromiso, con humildad, trabajo, cordialidad y respeto. Estos valores nos caracterizan, pero hay una palabra que nos define a todos dentro del ecosistema y esa es: Comunidad.
La comunidad es la que identifica esos valores, esas posiciones de cada uno y las aprecia en razón de buscar el mejor futuro para nuestro ecosistema.
Quiero mandarle un abrazo a una persona que sé que está con nosotros a cada momento, ella es: @luvilozada. Sé que deseaba estar en este evento, esto también es un logro que le pertenece a nuestra preciada luvi. Hive a la luna, y como dices: los sueños se cumplen.
Este evento es el resultado de todo eso que he comentado hasta ahora. Un esfuerzo irrestricto de todos por el desarrollo de Hive. Estoy muy sorprendido, estoy satisfecho y agradecido con cada uno de los miembros del equipo de @hiversbqto.
En este post comenté mi recorrido en la Expo TecnoDigital, pero no a profundidad cada una de las vivencias en el Stand y de todo el equipo.
The team dreamed of something like this, dreamed of doing the best for the ecosystem in our city. It was not easy, there were many things behind it, and an effort of many people. I believe that trust is the most important thing, it is earned with commitment, humility, work, cordiality and respect. These values characterize us, but there is a word that defines us all within the ecosystem and that is: Community.
The community is the one that identifies those values, those positions of each one and appreciates them in order to seek the best future for our ecosystem.
This event is the result of all that I have said so far. An unrestricted effort of everyone for the development of Hive. I am very surprised, I am satisfied and grateful to each and every member of the @hiversbqto team.
I want to send a hug to a person who I know is with us every moment, she is: @luvilozada. I know she wanted to be in this event, this is also an achievement that belongs to our precious luvi. Hive to the moon, and as you say: dreams come true.

Hive el Centro de Atención
Algo que es unánime es que Hive fue el centro de atención en la conferencia, las personas de los diferentes Stands nos miraban cada vez que pasábamos, o lo hacían cuando los mismos usuarios llegaban con la característica camisa del ecosistema.
Otra de las razones que impactó fue el trabajo de diseño en la Expo TecnoDigital. Teníamos varios pendones, repartimos volantes, stickers, y el riquísimo Chocolate Choco Chain mientras hablábamos con las personas. Esto realmente nos caracterizó, pudimos compactar con la gente y además todos estaban sorprendidos por lo que es Hive.
Un punto muy fuerte dentro de la Expo TecnoDigital fue como nos organizamos internamente. Cada uno tenía un rol, ese rol era elemental porque el trabajo en equipo era orgánico. Y eso se notó de manera latente. Además, había usuarios incluso que hablaban con otras personas y contaban su experiencia sobre Hive.
El Networking fue un pilar fundamental en el evento, algo poderoso, y que ayudó a compactar las ideas. Una de mis más grandes anécdotas fue que alguien me pidió una pulsera de Hive, mientras visitaba su stand y le hablaba del ecosistema. Decidí darle la mía porque no cargaba una en ese momento, ¡me sentí muy feliz!
Hive Care Center
Something that is unanimous is that Hive was the center of attention at the conference, people from the different booths looked at us every time we passed by, or did so when the same users arrived with the characteristic ecosystem shirt.
Another reason that made an impact was the design work at the TecnoDigital Expo. We had several banners, we handed out flyers, stickers, and the delicious Chocolate Choco Chain while we talked to people. This really characterized us, we were able to get in touch with people and also everyone was surprised by what Hive is.
A very strong point within the Expo TecnoDigital was how we organized ourselves internally. Everyone had a role, that role was elemental because teamwork was organic. And that was noticeable in a latent way. In addition, there were even users who talked to other people and told their experience about Hive.
Networking was a fundamental pillar in the event, something powerful, and that helped to compact ideas. One of my greatest anecdotes was that someone asked me for a Hive bracelet, while I was visiting their booth and talking about the ecosystem. I decided to give him mine because I wasn't wearing one at the time, I was so happy!
La Focalización del Público
El público que asistió al evento y además llego al Stand de Hive estaba focalizado. Casualmente, en una reunión interna habíamos hablado sobre este tema, y cada uno debía tomar previsión sobre las definiciones y adecuación del discurso.
En otras palabras, había que moldear lo que se le decía a una persona en razón de lo que conocía. Esto me gustó mucho, además había unos que decían no saber nada para sacar toda la información posible. ¿Saben que era lo más impactante en la cara de los desarrolladores? Que Hive fuera una blockchain descentralizada.
Estos quedaban sorprendidos por todo lo que poseía y además les llamaba la atención que el Hive estuviera enlistado, y tuviera una stablecoin como Hive Backed Dollar (HBD). Otra de mis más grandes anécdotas es que se me acercó una doctora psiquiatra y me preguntó a profundidad sobre el ecosistema. Quedó cautivada, no puedo olvidar su sonrisa, ya que era una persona mayor y me indicó que: Hive era un universo.
Audience Targeting
The public that attended the event and also came to the Hive stand was focused. Coincidentally, in an internal meeting we had talked about this topic, and everyone had to take foresight on the definitions and adequacy of the speech.
In other words, you had to shape what you said to a person based on what you knew. I liked this a lot, and there were some who said they knew nothing in order to get as much information as possible. Do you know what was the most shocking thing on the developers' faces? That Hive was a decentralized blockchain.
They were amazed by everything it had and they were also struck by the fact that Hive was listed, and had a stablecoin as Hive Backed Dollar (HBD). Another of my greatest anecdotes is that I was approached by a psychiatrist doctor and she asked me in depth about the ecosystem. She was captivated, I can't forget her smile, as she was a senior citizen and pointed out to me that: Hive was a universe.
Mi Experiencia en el Stand
Debo decir que fue asombrosa, y sobre todo articulada con un trabajo en equipo estructurado. En el Stand las preguntas frecuentes de las personas, profesionales y empresas que llegaban al ecosistema eran de diferentes índoles. Al principio pensaban que éramos una empresa de servicio de internet, pero las dudas eran disipadas de una manera muy educada por nosotros. El Stand de Hive emanaba felicidad y alegría. Había mucha elocuencia, y sobre todo dinamismo.
My Stand Experience
I must say that it was amazing, and above all articulated with a structured teamwork. At the booth the questions frequently asked by people, professionals and companies that came to the ecosystem were of different kinds. At first they thought we were an internet service company, but the doubts were dispelled in a very polite way by us. The Hive booth emanated happiness and joy. There was a lot of eloquence, and above all dynamism.
Hive es su Comunidad
Ahora bien, en esta parte de este post quiero hablar de cada una de las personas en el evento. Hive son sus Dapp y su comunidad de manera irrefutable.
Este apartado debo dedicarla a la sorpresa que pudimos vivir, y fue la visita de @jcrodriguez al stand. Nunca pensé que tendría la oportunidad de conocerlo y sobre todo de hablar con él en persona. Él es alguien muy reservado, que admiro y respeto profundamente. Debo confesar que quería tomarme una fotografía con él, pero quería darle su espacio. Me gustó mucho que pudiera ver la calidad de todo los Hivers. Esto me animo mucho, ya que pudimos ver cómo era realmente, es un gran ser humano. Creo fielmente que es uno de los regalos más grandes que nos ha hecho. Aunque yo no tomé una fotografía, creo que el sí tiene una en donde yo salgo. Dijo que atesoraría este momento.
Hive is your Community
Now, in this part of this post I want to talk about each of the people at the event. Hive are their Dapp and their community irrefutably.
This section should be dedicated to the surprise that we could live, and it was the visit of @jcrodriguez to the booth. I never thought I would have the opportunity to meet him and especially to talk to him in person. He is someone very reserved, whom I admire and respect deeply. I must confess that I wanted to take a picture with him, but I wanted to give him his space. I really liked that he could see the quality of all the Hivers. This encouraged me a lot, as we could see how he really was, he is a great human being. I truly believe that this is one of the greatest gifts he has given us. Although I didn't take a picture, I believe he has one of me in it. He said he would treasure this moment.
La segunda persona a la que debo un agradecimiento rotundo es a @yonnathang, efectuó un trabajo admirable. Estuvo atento de cada uno de nosotros y de la logística. Su agenda estuvo enfocada en la rueda de negocios con cada una de las empresas, y representó de una manera muy técnica, profesional y objetiva a Hive. No puedo dejar de comentar el trabajo de @joheredia21, @filoriologo y @danielvehe, quienes también estuvieron en esta ronda técnica y empresarial. Soy una persona que observa mucho, y de esto puedo afirmar que ellos cuatro efectuaron un trabajo coordinado.
Algo peculiar es que @joheredia21 y @filoriologo tenían otras responsabilidades, en muchas ocasiones estábamos armando los presentes, hablando con diversas personas o buscando las cosas que requeríamos para subirlas por la zona de descarga (No podíamos subir todo por la entrada principal).
The second person I owe a big thank you to is @yonnathang, he did an admirable job. He was attentive to each one of us and the logistics. His agenda was focused on the business roundtable with each of the companies, and he represented Hive in a very technical, professional and objective way. I cannot fail to comment on the work of @joheredia21, @filoriologo and @danielvehe, who were also in this technical and business round. I am a person who observes a lot, and from this I can affirm that the four of them did a coordinated job.
Something peculiar is that @joheredia21 and @filoriologo had other responsibilities, in many occasions we were assembling those present, talking to different people or looking for the things we needed to upload them through the unloading area (We could not upload everything through the main entrance).
@zullyscott no sólo nos impactó, sino que dejo en alto nuestro ecosistema. Su personalidad se impuso en el escenario cuando le correspondió efectuar la ponencia sobre Hive. Sentí a zullyscott empoderada, y además que pudo cautivar a todo el público cuando decidió bajar de la tarima. Eso fue poderoso, porque captó la atención del público. Esto es solamente una de las recopilaciones. Existe más, por ejemplo: las entrevistas que dio a diferentes medios. Su energía era poderosa.
@zullyscott not only made an impact on us, but also left our ecosystem in high spirits. Her personality was very strong on stage when it was her turn to speak about Hive. I felt zullyscott empowered, and also that she was able to captivate the entire audience when she decided to get off the stage. That was powerful, because it captured the attention of the audience. This is just one of the compilations. There is more, for example: the interviews she gave to different media. His energy was powerful.
Alguien que me impactó fue @tsunsica, es una de las Hivers que recién conozco y su trabajo es sorprendente. Una mujer de talante, con voluntad y gallardía. Su exposición el día de apertura de la Expo TecnoDigital fue impecable. En este punto tengo que agradecer a @francysfiore, ella es una gran amiga de todos nosotros, y sus orientaciones en el evento fueron precisas. Ella estuvo encargada de especificarnos la organización de los presentes. Claro, esto también lo hablamos entre todos con antelación.
Someone who made an impact on me was @tsunsica, she is one of the Hivers I just met and her work is amazing. A woman of spirit, will and gallantry. Her presentation on the opening day of the Expo TecnoDigital was impeccable. At this point I have to thank @francysfiore, she is a great friend of all of us, and her guidance at the event was precise. She was in charge of specifying the organization of those present. Of course, this was also discussed among all of us in advance.
@asderhz @wbrandt y @saravm82 efectuaron un trabajo extraordinario con el networking y las conversaciones con cada una de las personas que se acercaban al stand de Hive. Claro, wbrandt (Will) estuvo atento de la comida. Todo fue muy ordenado y cada uno efectuó un trabajo estupendo.
¿Esto es todo? Pues no: me falta hablar de @caribayarte y @mundomanaure, son dos personas geniales, además de que su trabajo audiovisual es increíble. El equipo quedó maravillado con cada una de las ediciones en los videos.
@asderhz @wbrandt and @saravm82 did an outstanding job networking and talking with everyone who came to the Hive booth. Of course, wbrandt (Will) was attentive to the food. Everything was very orderly and everyone did a great job.
Is that all? Well no: I need to talk about @caribayarte and @mundomanaure, they are two great people, plus their audiovisual work is amazing. The team was amazed with each of the edits in the videos.
Tengo que darle las gracias a @valueplan por el apoyo que nos ha brindado a todos, esto fue posible gracias a la confianza y el sueño de llevar a Hive a este evento en la ciudad de Barquisimeto. También quiero agradecer al equipo de @hivecreators, quienes nos acompañaron en la construcción de esta gran experiencia. Nuestro deseo siempre ha sido llevar a Hive a más lugares y rincones de nuestro país. Hive a la luna.
Originalmente, iba a escribir un post más corto, pero me dejé llevar por la emoción y la felicidad de estar con personas que aprecio. Existe una persona de la que hemos aprendido muchas cosas, alguien especial para todos nosotros, y es nuestra gran mentora: @soy-laloreto, este es un logro compartido y que inició de una simple idea, de una simple reunión y enseñanza.
