Primer Hive Meetup Argentina – potencia creativa

Hola Hivers,

Cuando iniciamos en plataformas como Hive, muchas veces creemos que es solamente escribir el post de determinado tema, publicarlo y esperar los resultados, si gusta o no. Pero resulta que Hive es un ecosistema mucho más amplio y con tantas posibilidades de cosas por hacer. Esa fue la primera lección que me llevé del primer Hive Meetup Argentina, realizado este fin de semana en la ciudad de Buenos Aires.

Cada ponencia nos hizo entender que lo más importante es fortalecer la comunidad con la constancia, disciplina, creatividad, planificación, trabajo en equipo, y por supuesto, la interacción, porque es una plataforma que la hacen sus mismos miembros.

De @jlufer – el primer expositor del evento- aprendí que hay una comunidad para cada uno de los temas que se quiera publicar, el chiste es elegir correctamente donde hacerlo y enganchar a través de la interacción con los miembros del equipo.

Luego, escuchamos a @belug desde Mendoza, quien nos enseñó sobre posicionamiento y la pertenencia a la red. Explicó que hay hábitos y habilidades que se deben desarrollar para alcanzar la meta dentro de la plataforma como la planificación del contenido que se quiere desarrollar, siempre pensando en cómo crear algo único; la constancia y la disciplina, el trabajo en equipo, la sociabilidad, la creatividad y lo más importante ser positivos.

Con @pablo1601 comprendimos las diferencias de la web 3.0 con la web 2.0. Hive está desarrollada dentro de la web 3.0, que apenas está en proceso y es una visión de una web descentralizada y abierta con mayor utilidad para sus usuarios.

La ponencia que más me gustó –creo que a todos – fue la de @hosgug, quien tuvo la responsabilidad de hablar de los votos y las recompensas dentro de la plataforma. Hay que dar para recibir, siempre de manera equilibrada y con consciencia. Lo más importante es hacer comentarios en las publicaciones de otros miembros de manera adecuada, con contenido, porque también obtienes recompensas valiosas. Un ¡que bueno tu post! no es suficiente.

Luego siguieron las ponencias virtuales de @ilazramusic @fermionico y @eddiespino quienes compartieron sus experiencias y hablaron de aplicaciones dentro de Hive como 3speak, spk network, ligthning y la gestión de comunidades.

Agradezco la invitación que me hiciera @janettyanez y su insistencia en asistir a este primer encuentro tan bonito y lleno de mucha información para usuarios que como yo aún están entendiendo como crecer dentro de este gran ecosistema. ¡Felicitaciones! al equipo organizador: @numa26, @amandaj, @janettyanez, @dimascastillo90 y @pablo1601 fue un encuentro maravilloso y enriquecedor. Muchas gracias por el obsequio de bienvenida que nos dieron al entrar y por el refrigerio con tequeños.

Hi Hivers,

When we start on platforms like Hive, many times we think it's just write the post on a certain topic, publish it and wait for the results, if it's liked or not. But it turns out that Hive is a much broader ecosystem with so many possibilities of things to do. That was the first lesson I took away from the first Hive Meetup Argentina, held this weekend in Buenos Aires.

Each presentation made us understand that the most important thing is to strengthen the community with perseverance, discipline, creativity, planning, teamwork, and of course, interaction, because it is a platform that is made by its members.

From @jlufer - the first speaker of the event - I learned that there is a community for each of the topics you want to publish, the joke is to choose correctly where to do it and engage through interaction with team members.

Then, we listened to @belug from Mendoza, who taught us about positioning and belonging to the network. He explained that there are habits and skills that must be developed to achieve the goal within the platform such as planning the content you want to develop always thinking about how to create something unique, constancy and discipline, teamwork, sociability, creativity and most importantly being positive.

With @pablo1601 we understood the differences between web 3.0 and web 2.0. Hive is developed within web 3.0, which is just in process and is a vision of a decentralized and open web with greater utility for its users.

The presentation that I liked the most -I think everyone did- was the one by @hosgug, who was responsible for talking about votes and rewards within the platform. You have to give to receive, always in a balanced way and with awareness. The most important thing is to comment on other members' posts in a proper way, with content, because you also get valuable rewards. A nice post is not enough.

Then followed the virtual presentations of @ilazramusic @fermionico and @eddiespino who shared their experiences and talked about applications within Hive such as 3speak, spk network, ligthning and community management.

I appreciate the invitation made by @janettyanez and his insistence on attending this first meeting so nice and full of lots of information for users like me who are still understanding how to grow within this great ecosystem. Congratulations! to the organizing team: @numa26, @amandaj, @janettyanez, @dimascastillo90 and @pablo1601 it was a wonderful and enriching meeting. Thank you very much for the welcome gift you gave us when we came in and for the snack with tequeños.
