Duo Capibara hizo música a lo grande para animar la Criptofiesta!
Saludos a todos los amantes de la Blockchain de Hive, continúo contando mi experiencia en la Caracas Blockchain Week 2023, que se celebró en los espacios de una de las universidades más importantes del país la UCAB (Universidad Católica Andrés Bello).
Hay otros Post dentro de Hive que hablan sobre la participación musical que tuvimos Dúo Capibara y otros Hivers en el evento, diferentes puntos de vista de nuestra actuación, realmente me siento contento por lograr tanta aceptación para parte de la comunidad Venezolana de Hive.
Como conté en un anterior post sobre este evento, conocí a grandes Hivers dentro de la plataforma, fue algo muy especial porque muchos de ellos los admiro por su trabajo en la blockchain, fue un día mágico el cual quiero seguir relatando.
@kococuatro y yo decidimos llevarnos nuestros instrumentos, porque la música nunca está demás, y vaya que nos salió muy bien la elección! Puesto que logramos plasmar grandes experiencias para la Caracas Blockchain.
Duo Capibara made big music to liven up the Cryptofest!
Greetings to all Hive Blockchain lovers, I continue to tell my experience at the Caracas Blockchain Week 2023, which was held in the spaces of one of the most important universities in the country, UCAB (Andrés Bello Catholic University).
There are other Posts within Hive that talk about the musical participation that Dúo Capibara and other Hivers had in the event, different points of view of our performance, I really feel happy for achieving so much acceptance for part of the Venezuelan Hive community.
As I said in a previous post about this event, I met great Hivers within the platform, it was something very special because I admire many of them for their work in the blockchain, it was a magical day which I want to continue recounting.
@kococuatro and I decided to take our instruments, because music is never too much, and boy did our choice turn out very well! Since we managed to capture great experiences for the Caracas Blockchain.
Nuestra participación Musical con @dimeilaz, y una invitación inesperada.
Cuando vi en persona al Witness @dimeilaz sinceramente me emocioné muchísimo, primero porque me saludo como si fuéramos hermanos, y segundo porque es una persona que realmente admiro mucho.
Él nos propuso tocar en el Stand de Hive y así lo hicimos, les digo con sinceridad que tuvimos muchos problemas con el sonido (Ya que nuestros instrumentos eran electroacústicos), pero éso no nos impidió dar lo mejor de nosotros, tocamos y luego de eso y una entrevista que nos hicieron comenzamos a parrandear junto a él.
Personas se acercaron y hubo buena recepción, conocimos en ese momento al destacado músico @melor9 y apenas nos dimos la mano llegó una de las presentadoras a disfrutar de la música y ella nos propuso finalizar el evento en la sala principal, fue una idea que no podíamos rechazar.
De ahí nos pasaron a un camerino y estuvimos ensayando que íbamos a tocar, ya que jamás habíamos tocado junto a @melor9 por lo que debíamos planificar que haríamos.
Sin embargo, dentro del camerino todo fluyó ya que cuando se anda con buenos músicos, las cosas salen sin ningún problema.
Our Musical participation with @dimeilaz, and an unexpected invitation.
When I saw Witness @dimeilaz in person, I honestly got very excited, first because he greeted me as if we were brothers, and second because he is a person that I really admire a lot.
He suggested we play at the Hive Stand and so we did, I tell you honestly that we had a lot of problems with the sound (Since our instruments were electroacoustic), but that didn't stop us from giving our best, we played and after that and after an interview they gave us, we began to party with him.
People came up and there was a good reception, at that moment we met the outstanding musician @melor9 and as soon as we shook hands one of the presenters arrived to enjoy the music and she suggested that we end the event in the main room, it was an idea that was not we could reject.
From there they took us to a dressing room and we were rehearsing what we were going to play, since we had never played with @melor9 so we had to plan what we would do.
However, inside the dressing room everything flowed since when you hang out with good musicians, things go without any problem.

Nuestra actuación en el escenario, un sueño hecho realidad.
Llegó el momento de la verdad, primero salimos @kococuatro y yo y tocamos una versión de Moliendo Café que es nuestra, por temas acústicos no se apreció muy bien.
Luego de ello, entró @melor9 y gracias a Dios los Micrófonos estaban 100% funcionales, entonces me dieron otro y como no percibía el sonido de la mandolina, opté por cantar junto a él.
De esta parte del performance no tengo fotos! jejejje pero sí hay otros Hivers que fueron testigos de la magia que hicimos. Un sueño hecho realidad, finalizar este prestigioso evento representado a Hive, mi hogar musical.
Quiero agradecer a los siguientes Hivers que nos ayudaron dándonos alojamiento durante nuestra estadía en Caracas @zullyscott, @filoriologo. Gracias por la ayuda, se les aprecia un montón.
Our performance on stage, a dream come true.
The moment of truth arrived, first @kococuatro and I went out and played a version of Moliendo Café that is ours, due to acoustic issues it was not appreciated very well.
After that, @melor9 came in and thank God the Microphones were 100% functional, so they gave me another one and since I couldn't hear the sound of the mandolin, I decided to sing along with him.
I don't have photos of this part of the performance! hehehe but there are other Hivers who witnessed the magic we did. A dream come true, finishing this prestigious event representing Hive, my musical home.
