La tarde-noche del día de ayer fue testigo de un dramático juego de pelota. En tierras espirituanas los Leones de Industriales y los Gallos de Sancti Spíritus disputaban el último cupo a las semifinales de la Serie Nacional de Béisbol en Cuba.
La paridad entre ambos equipos no fue solo la dada en la etapa clasificatoria al terminar ambos con 41 juegos ganados y 34 perdidos. También que fuera necesario disputar los 7 juegos en estos cuartos de final al llegar ambos con 3 victorias.
