Saludos amigos de hive blog. Hoy tenemos un excelente tema del cual hablar y es que, a pesar de que muchos esperaban un partido aburrido, tedioso y con un Liverpool dominante, pues la verdad es que no fue así, ya que estos dos equipos nos acaban de regalar un partidazo con un Villarreal que dejo todo en la cancha, ganándose el respeto de los amantes del futbol.

Today we have an excellent topic to talk about and, although many expected a boring, tedious match with a dominant Liverpool, the truth is that it was not so, as these two teams just gave us a great game with a Villarreal that left everything on the field, earning the respect of soccer lovers.

El partido comienza mucho antes del pitazo inicial, los técnicos ya habían dado declaraciones asomando lo que sería el partido de vuelta. Por un lado, teníamos a Unai Emery afirmando que el Liverpool es el mejor equipo del mundo, y que tendrían que hacer mucho para lograr derrotarlos, pero que estar en semifinales, ya era un gran logro para él.
The match began long before the opening whistle, and the coaches had already made statements about what the second leg would be like. Primer tiempo

El partido comenzó con un Villarreal imponente, con toda la afición intimidante en el estadio apoyando a su equipo y desconcentrado al Liverpool cosa que para mí fue muy eficaz. Normalmente estamos acostumbrados a ver una posesión total del conjunto red en cuanto a balón, pero esto no se vio para nada los primeros minutos, ya que el Villarreal conquisto la cancha y en los primeros 4 minutos del partido habían anotado el primer gol del encuentro.

Lo mejor que le podía pasar al Liverpool a estas alturas del partido era que se acabara el primer tiempo. Sin mucho más relevante que relatar, el primer tiempo se fue con un Liverpool desconocido que en mi opinión no se había visto en esta temporada, y con un Villarreal que, sin duda alguna, jugo el mejor primer tiempo de su campaña.
The best thing that could have happened to Liverpool at this stage of the game was for the first half to end. Segundo tiempo

Al arranque del segundo tiempo, kloop tomo cartas en el asunto, y decidió hacer un cambio prácticamente cantado, sacando a Diogo Jota que no había hecho absolutamente nada en el primer tiempo, y colocando a Luis Díaz, un jugador desequilibrante que podría transmitir su energía al resto de los jugadores que se encontraban desorientados.

Arranca el segundo tiempo, el Liverpool domina la pelota y empieza a formar su juego con llegada a gol, un remate de lejos de Alexander Arnold que pego en el travesaño, un chute a media distancia de Thiago y sobre todo posesión de balón, lo que le permitía estar más tranquilo y llegar más al área rival.

Este centro llego a la cabeza de Díaz, que solo tuvo que cabecear hacia abajo y el arquero que además tuvo una actuación muy floja no pudo controlar esa pelota.

Ya con el partido empatado, el Liverpool se sentía mucho más cómodo y empezaba a jugar el partido que ellos querían, se haría muy cuesta arriba para el Villarreal remontar el resultado global, y, a pesar de sus intentos de ataque, un contragolpe del Liverpool comandado por mane en el minuto 74 les permitió conseguir el tercer tanto para así cerrar la ventana del partido y conseguir su boleto a la gran final.

A pesar de que el Liverpool nos mostró un increíble segundo tiempo como nos tiene acostumbrados, debo decir que su actuación estuvo muy floja en el inicio del encuentro, me atrevería a decir que, si jugaran de la misma forma contra un real Madrid o un Manchester city, fácilmente podrían tener un marcador en contra de 3 o 4 goles a 0.

Si algo debe trabajar este equipo es en su defensa, su concentración y la manera en la que su entrenador escoge jugadores no adecuados para ciertos partidos, como el caso con diogo jota hoy.

Por otra parte, no tengo nada que decir del Villarreal, quienes lograron la hazaña de eliminar a grandes equipos de renombre como la Juventus e incluso un gran favorito como lo era el Bayern de Múnich. A pesar de que su resultado de hoy no fue a favor, dieron todo en cada encuentro, y sinceramente, pienso que, si su rival el día de hoy hubiese sido cualquier otro con ese primer tiempo que mostraron, sin duda alguna hubiesen ganado el partido, pero como Unai Emery lo menciono, se trata del mejor equipo del mundo o sino uno de los mejores.
On the other hand, I have nothing to say about Villarreal, who managed the feat of eliminating big name teams like Juventus and even a big favorite like Bayern Munich. Even though their result today was not in their favor, they gave their all in every match, and honestly, I think that if their opponent today had been any other team with the first half they showed, they would have won the match, but as Unai Emery mentioned, they are the best team in the world, if not one of the best.
Así que, solo queda esperar al día de mañana para ver a quien se enfrentara el Liverpool en parís, pero si de algo estoy seguro, es que, si clasifica el real Madrid o el Manchester city, tendremos una catedra de futbol y un increíble partido que va a gustar a cualquier fan de este deporte.
So, we can only wait until tomorrow to see who Liverpool will face in Paris, but if there is one thing I am sure of, it is that if Real Madrid or Manchester City qualify, we will have a great game of soccer and an incredible match that will please any fan of this sport.
