Una introducción necesaria
Sucede que, me encuentro trabajando en la preparación de una publicación, sobre la Serie Mundial de las Grandes Ligas que me lleva tiempo por el análisis y criterios que debo explicar, estoy trabajando en cuestiones del instituto donde laboro y me encuentro en medio de una situación energética y climática del país muy complicada que impide que pueda dedicarle más tiempo del que quisiera a esta actividad.
Pero, lo sucedido ahora mismo en la Liga de Campeones de Europa me ha llevado a dejar mi criterio, en torno a un hecho que ha llamado la atención a todos los amantes del fútbol: La contundencia del Fútbol Club Barcelona.

No voy a detenerme en hablar del juego de hoy, en el que aplastaron al Bayer de Múnich, uno de los equipos que más daño le han hecho en la historia reciente. De ese análisis se encargarán los “especialistas y amantes del club” que tenemos en la comunidad. Mi análisis va mucho más allá y, como siempre digo, lo hago ahora porque es el momento que amerita que se haga.
¿Qué ha pasado en este equipo?
¿Cómo es posible que un equipo con la misma base de jugadores de estos años haya tenido un cambio tan sustancial?
¿Puede calificarse de espejismo lo que viene realizando el equipo?
Considero que este equipo tenía la calidad suficiente para luchar por alcanzar mejores resultados, pero, varios factores atentaron contra esos objetivos.
En mi modesta opinión, la dirección del club ha logrado concatenar una serie de elementos que han tributado estos resultados. Para mí estos son los más importantes:
• Rescatar el papel de la cantera. Esto ha sido clave porque siempre les dio buenos resultados, de allí han salido muchos de los jugadores que le han dado muchos títulos al club. A lo anterior se une que, no han tenido que seguir complicando sus finanzas y, al contrario, estos jugadores le han permitido mantener una masa salarial adecuada y no cargar al club de más deudas.
• Cambio de mentalidad. El entrenador Hansi Flick le ha exigido al máximo a cada jugador y les ha metido en el cuerpo, la mente y la sangre que tienen un gran potencial y que todos los rivales son asequibles.
• Intensidad, buena preparación física y máxima presión en el juego. Este es un elemento clave en el nuevo Barcelona y, se ha visto como el equipo sale desde el minuto cero a presionar al equipo rival, a n dejarlos jugar cómodos y a intentar robar balones en cancha contraria para anotar y poder implantar su estrategia de juego.

I believe that this team had enough quality to fight to achieve better results, but several factors threatened those objectives.
In my modest opinion, the club's management has managed to concatenate a series of elements that have contributed to these results. For me these are the most important:
