Representé a la academia de fútbol sala Unión Atlética Vinotinto en un evento auspiciado por la Asociación de Fútbol del Distrito Capital. En este evento se trataron temas relacionados con la parte jurídica y legal de las academias, escuelas y clubes que hacen vida en la ciudad capital.

Hello friends of Full Deportes.Today I want to share with this excellent community a recent experience.
I represented the Vinotinto Athletic Union futsal academy in an event sponsored by the Capital District Football Association. This event dealt with issues related to the legal and juridical part of the academies, schools and clubs that make life in the capital city.
El evento, realizado en el auditorio de Red Vital / Marko, ubicado en la avenida principal de la Yaguara, dio inicio a las 9:00 a.m. con las palabras de bienvenida del presidente de la Asociación, Elio Quintal Instagram Elio Quintal . Tras su mensaje, el secretario ejecutivo enfatizó la importancia de que todas las academias y escuelas deportivas se formalicen legalmente.
Se destacó la necesidad de contar con documentos constitutivos, como estatutos y actas de junta directiva, y de registrarse tanto en el Ministerio del Deporte como en el Servicio Nacional Integrado de Administración Aduanera y Tributaria (SENIAT). Además, se hizo hincapié en la importancia de mantener un registro actualizado de los niños y niñas que forman parte de las academias, incluyendo sus datos personales y los consentimientos firmados por sus representantes.
La Asociación de Fútbol del Distrito Capital se mostró dispuesta a brindar todo el apoyo necesario a las instituciones deportivas que deseen formalizarse y asociarse. Para ello, puso a disposición su sede, ubicada en la principal de la Avenida Páez del Paraíso, para cualquier consulta o trámite.
En lo personal, esta actividad resultó muy provechosa, ya que me permitió conocer de primera mano los requisitos legales para operar una academia de fútbol y establecer contacto con las autoridades deportivas. The event, held in the auditorium of Red Vital / Marko, located on the main avenue of La Yaguara, began at 9:00 a.m. with welcoming remarks by the president of the Association, Elio Quintal Instagram Elio Quintal . Following his message, the executive secretary emphasized the importance of all sports academies and schools being legally formalized.The need to have constitutive documents, such as bylaws and board minutes, and to register with both the Ministry of Sports and the National Integrated Customs and Tax Administration Service (SENIAT) was highlighted. In addition, emphasis was placed on the importance of keeping an updated registry of the boys and girls who are part of the academies, including their personal data and the consents signed by their representatives.
The Capital District Soccer Association expressed its willingness to provide all the necessary support to the sports institutions wishing to formalize and join. To this end, it made available its headquarters, located on the main street of Avenida Páez del Paraíso, for any consultation or procedure.
Personally, this activity was very useful, since it allowed me to know first hand the legal requirements to operate a soccer academy and to establish contact with the sports authorities. Below, I attach the images of the promotional invitation shared by the association on its social networks
La formación continua es clave para el crecimiento de nuestras academias. Eventos como este nos permiten estar al día con los últimos cambios en la legislación deportiva y acceder a herramientas y recursos que nos ayudarán a mejorar nuestra gestión.
Asistir a estos eventos no solo es un requisito para aquellos que desean profesionalizar su academia, sino también una oportunidad única para conectarse con otros apasionados del fútbol, compartir experiencias y fortalecer la comunidad deportiva.

Events like this one allow us to keep up to date with the latest changes in sports legislation and access tools and resources that will help us improve our management.Attending these events is not only a requirement for those who wish to professionalize their academy, but also a unique opportunity to connect with other soccer enthusiasts, share experiences and strengthen the sports community.
