Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz domingo, espero que hayan descansado lo suficiente para mañana lunes iniciar con todas las pilas puestas!! En mi caso me he visto un poco afectada por la gripe fuerte que esta dando, de hecho anoche no dormí muy bien con mucho malestar de garganta, por suerte hoy me sieno mucho mejor!! Y para aliviar un poco los dolores musculares del entrenamiento de la semana, y para prmover la flexibilidad, decidí mostrarles un poco de los movimientos que hago para estirar cada fibra muscular jeje
Antrs solia hacer yoga, pero en vista de que aca hay gente realmente profesional en la materia, ya no quiero pasar pena 😂😂 asi que decidí estirarme muchisimo para arrancar el lunes a toda maquina!! Cada elongacion la realizaremos por unis 10 segundos, por supuesto siempre manteniendo una respiracion profunda y controlada!! Esto pueden hacerlo al menos una vez por semana y me cuentan que tal😋
Mientras tanto me despido hasta la proxima semana que venimos con todo💪💪

Hello friends of @fulldeportes happy Sunday, I hope you have rested enough to start tomorrow Monday with all batteries on!!! In my case I have been a little affected by the strong flu that is giving, in fact last night I did not sleep very well with much throat discomfort, luckily today I feel much better!!! And to alleviate some of the muscle aches from the week's training, and to promote flexibility, I decided to show you some of the movements I do to stretch each muscle fiber hehe
I used to do yoga before, but since there are some really professional people here, I don't want to be embarrassed anymore 😂😂 so I decided to stretch a lot to start Monday at full speed! Each elongation will be done for about 10 seconds, of course always keeping a deep and controlled breath!!! You can do this at least once a week and let me know how it goes😋!
Meanwhile I say goodbye until next week that we come with everything💪💪
