First of all, I get up at 7 in the morning, I do my personal needs and I go to the school, which is called EIDE Osmani Arenado. I arrive in approximately 20 minutes and head towards the training area (the mattress). When I arrive I greet the teachers, I go to where my classmates are and greet them as usual, I start to change while we talk and laugh a little.
After this game we move on to the main part of the class that begins with coordination and speed exercises. After this we take the pulse again and when the heart rate is over 25;30 heart rate we begin the special exercises that consist of fighting for grips which involves one athlete trying to control the other while resisting him and passing him. back to mark the points. Then we go to the top, which is what it is called when we fight as if it were in a competition, it is type of competitive modeling that lasts 6 minutes divided into (3 minutes of fighting the first half, then we limp for 30 seconds of rest and we fight again 3 minutes more).
Next we move on to the technique, which consists of performing technical movements with either 2 points or 4, depending on the amplitude of the movement in a given time. We almost always do it in a time of 10 to 15 minutes in the standing position and in 4 points, which is what it is called when an athlete is face down on the mattress.
After this they give us approximately 15 minutes to rest and move on to the physical part which consists of performing exercises, whether natural, with weights or speed. At the end of this last stage we form again and the class says goodbye saying the following motto, (Pinareña wrestling, school of champions).
And so the class concludes, I hope you liked it and that, like me, you can continue to fulfill your dreams and goals in whatever you do, a hug 🫂.
