Saludos amigos del deporte, contento de compartir con tota la comunidad el cierre de mis actividades deportivas que se derivaron de un fascinante paseo por las playas de Ilo, Perú, en la anterior entrega centré mi atención en la calistenia de máximo nivel, y en esta ocasión resalto la importancia de los espacios que promueven la práctica del ejercicio físico y del ajedrez… si mi gente:
“… he encontrado unos espectaculares tableros de ajedrez alrededor del mar”.

Greetings friends of the sport, happy to share with all the community the closing of my sports activities that were derived from a fascinating walk along the beaches of Ilo, Peru, in the previous delivery I focused my attention on the calisthenics of maximum level, and this time I highlight the importance of the spaces that promote the practice of physical exercise and chess ... yes my people:

En cuanto al ejercicio físico, que probable que al ver ejercicios avanzados de calistenia, inmediatamente se nos puede venir a la mente de que esto es muy complicado, pero recuerda que lo importante es comenzar a intentarlo, y no necesariamente se trata de comenzar con ejercicios de alta exigencia de resistencia y de fuerza, podemos hacer actividades deportivas sencillas como las que explico a continuación.
Espacios para el sano esparcimiento: mente sana-cuerpo sano
De acuerdo a lo anterior expuesto, vemos a mi prometida @normacanaza (encargada de la grabación de los videos que componen el recurso audiovisual del comienzo de la publicación), realizando un ejercicio cardio de baja intensidad en la “Elíptica”: mientras se divierte se está ejercitando, y esto se convierte en un excelente medio de atracción de las personas para hacer deportes:

Y cuando pensaba que lo había visto todo, no me lo van a creer mi gente linda, me he encontrado con unos tableros de ajedrez que decoran el recorrido por el hermoso puerto de Ilo, lo que significó para mi una invitación para hablar de ajedrez.

Realmente este fue uno de los detalles que más me enamoró del recorrido, encontrar tableros de ajedrez dibujados en los bancos de sentarse, fue sencillamente cautivador, como ajedrecista se siente muy bonito que el ajedrez sea promovido en los diferentes lugares en los que nos encontramos.
Ajedrez con Calistenia
Y a propósito de la idea anterior, puedo decir que el ajedrez me acompaña a donde quiera que vaya, para muestra un botón: he combinado una sesión de calistenia, con el repaso de uno de los mates mas famosos de la historia del ajedrez, como lo es el Mate de La Coz:

Repasando algunos mates famosos
Considero que un camino interesante poara la dvulgacion del ajedrez, es dar a conocer a las personas Mates famosos, para que comience a afianzar el porqué el Rey es la pieza más impotante del tablero, puesto que si este muere se acaba la partida:

I consider that an interesting way for the dissemination of chess is to let people know famous Mates, so that they begin to understand why the King is the most important piece on the board, because if it dies, the game is over:
En primera instncia analicé el Mate Pastor, un mate que si el bando negro sabe contrarestar haria que la dama blanca quedara en una posicion un tanto dudosa, vulnerable a muchos ataques. Y un segundo mate que repasamos fue el mate de La Coz, un mate que implica un hermoso sacrificio de dama, para sentenciar la partida con la única pieza que queda, es decir, el Caballo.
