Hola amigos de Full deportes, espero que se encuentren muy bien, en esta oportunidad les traigo mi segundo post en la comunidad.
Soy de las personas que les gusta realizar mayormente ejercicios aeróbicos, ciertamente mi contextura siempre a sido delgada por el hecho de estar realizando actividad física aeróbica desde que era pequeño.
Desde caminar, correr, andar en bicicleta y hasta cierto punto estar en natación (este último no demasiado) podría decir que tengo suficiente resistencia para realizar rutas de largo duración.
Hello friends of Full deportes, I hope you are very well, this time I bring you my second post in the community.
I am one of the people who like to perform mostly aerobic exercise, certainly my frame has always been thin by the fact of being doing aerobic physical activity since I was little.
From walking, running, cycling and to some extent being in swimming (the latter not too much) I could say that I have enough stamina to perform routes of long duration.
En otras palabras, hoy quiero mostrarles una ruta que hice en mi comunidad hace unos días, estaba haciendo una diligencia y cuando salí para dirigirme a mi casa decidí grabar toda la ruta y tomar el tiempo que dure para realizarlo, lo tomé como un pequeño desafío para la próxima vez volver a tomar el tiempo y romper el récord que hice hasta el momento, el cual fue de 21 minutos exactos en 1,55 Km aproximadamente.
In other words, today I want to show you a route I did in my community a few days ago, I was running an errand and when I left to go home I decided to record the entire route and take the time it took to do it, I took it as a little challenge for next time to take the time again and break the record I did so far, which was exactly 21 minutes in 1.55 km approximately.
