Para mí es un placer compartir este día diferente con ustedes, dónde pudimos disfrutar del aire libre mientras hacía una caminata, que trataremos de hacer más a menudo, porque sabemos que los ejercicios son tan importante en nuestras vidas no solo por la parte física, sino también como influye en la parte emocional.

Fui al Casupo, un lugar bastante rocoso, lleno de muchos árboles, dónde el recorrido es difícil para novatos como yo, pero a veces debemos tener es un poco de disposición en nuestra vidas y decisión, ya que hacer deportes no es fácil, pero sabemos todos sus beneficios.

El camino no es fácil, pero te hace despejarte de todas las presiones que podemos tener en nuestra vida diaria, con el trabajo y hasta los miles de problemas, es allí donde inicio mi caminata, dejando atrás lo que no me ayuda, quitándome un peso a cada paso, aunque mi aliento se hace difícil no me rindo.

Espero seguir conquistando terreno en cada intento de escalada, pues me fui poniendo metas, hasta que llegue al final, sin presión pues para mí no fácil este tipo de actividades, pero a veces necesitamos una voz de ayuda y de apoyo, subiendo en grupos, pero realmente lo difícil es que mientras subes, la lucha interior es rendirte o llegar al final, pues la piernas fallan, el aliento se hace fuerte y cada latido de corazón se hace difícil.

Aunque se que no soy muy activa deportivamente, quiero demostrar este día, que se puede, solo debemos tener disposición de inicio, gracias por qué en esta comunidad he visto crecer a todos, el ejemplo viene de ustedes, la constancia en sus publicaciones pues @fulldeportes es un gran ejemplo de crecimiento y constancia.

No me rindo y trato de dar lo mejor de mi, a cada paso en ese camino rocoso, pienso en lo importante es dar un paso firme, para no caer o resbalar.

Aunque dibuje una sonrisa en mi rostro, debo confesar que este camino es bastante difícil, pero ver cómo otros te animan a no rendirte cuando pasan a tu lado, es un motivo para seguir.

Espero puedan tener la oportunidad de estar en contacto con la naturaleza mientras hacen deportes, para que obtengan grandes beneficios.

El sábado y el domingo hice está actividad, entre semana me se dificulta pero trataremos de ir ascendiendo más alto y también de hacerlo entre semana, pero mientras tanto lo mejor es poder compartir con ustedes esta actividad deportiva.

Espero poder seguir con esta actividad por mi salud, además de ver los beneficios, aunque les confieso que no estoy pendiente del peso pero si de como influye hasta en la manera de respirar.

Aunque no llegue a lo más alto, pude ver la ciudad, así que quise compartir un poco de lo que disfrute.

Al final disfrutar de un bebida refrescante y la satisfacción de haber intentado llegar al final.
