Muchas personas me preguntan si no me canso.
E N G L I S H
The week is not over yet, but I can already say that I achieved my goal in a satisfactory way.
My best time was last week, but the following days also yielded positive results.
There have been four strong days. Today, the strongest of all as the challenge involved several activities.
I left home at half past five, ran 6.38km in one hour, thirty minutes. Already my body is asking for rest hahaha but there is still one more day to go.
After jogging those six kilometers I parked with my friends in a soccer field to complete functional exercises. An hour later we went to dance therapy.
This last activity was not scheduled but it came up and there was no turning back. I finished at 9:30am, four consecutive hours of physical activity.
Nothing is heavy if you do it with Intention. Many people ask me if I don't get tired. Obviously I do. I get tired but when you have a life purpose, backing out is the worst thing you can do.
Being constant is the mission.
