You have always seen me talking about cats because I love cats more than dogs. Cats are admirable beings to me, but sometimes you come across something that makes you think again. The other day a friend of mine came home for a visit and he brought his new dog with him. It was the cutest dog I have ever seen and I couldn't stop petting it.

When it first came home, it was very timid and just hid and slept, but then as it got used to us, it started to move around, endear itself and wag its tail. It is so innocent and sweet that you don't expect this dog to grow up to be something so majestic, but in 1 year he will probably be a very big animal. If my friend comes to us then, I will try to take a new photo of it.

When it started walking around it started sniffing everything. It started to smell our legs, our hands, the chair, the table and everything. As an added bonus it was licking our hand and I never thought I would like a dog licking my hand. I even let it bite me. Its teeth are so small that it tickles when you try to bite and you don't feel any pain.

And the fur! It was so soft, I'm sure it was softer than a cat's fur. I've loved many cats, but none of them had such soft fur. The top of its head, its neck and its belly were so soft. I offered my friend to stay with us for a few days because I wanted to spend more time with this sweet thing, but he mentioned that he has work and this sweet thing needs to go home and get used to him as soon as possible.

Here is a closer photo. You can see the band-aids on its ears. This is to prevent its ears from breaking. I don't know exactly why its ears were broken, but the vet told them that after a while the band-aids will fall off by themselves and they should not remove them until then.

Do I plan to have a dog in the future? Yes, but it is a much bigger responsibility than a cat because you have to take the dogs out for a walk every day otherwise they waste their energy by eating the furniture in the house XD A friend of mine who has had dogs for many years told me this and I trust him. It may not be right to have a dog when both me and my girlfriend are working. Time will tell what will happen.

Beni bugüne kadar hep kediler hakkında konuşurken gördünüz çünkü ben kedileri köpeklerden daha çok seviyorum. Kediler bana göre hayran olunası varlıklar ancak bazen insanın karşısına öyle bir şey çıkıyor ki tekrar düşünüyor. Geçen gün bir arkadaşım eve ziyarete geldi ve yanında yeni aldığı köpeği de getirdi. Bu benim gördüğüm en tatlı köpekti ve onu sevmekten kendimi alamadım.

Eve ilk geldiğinde çok ürkekti ve sadece saklanıp uyuyordu ancak sonrasında bize alıştıkça hareketlenmeye, kendini sevdirmeye ve kuyruğunu sallamaya başladı. O kadar masum ve tatlı ki bu köpeğin büyüdüğü zaman çok heybetli bir şeye dönüşeceğini tahmin etmiyorsunuz ama 1 yıl sonra muhtemelen çok büyük bir hayvan olacak. Arkadaşım o zaman da bize gelirse yeni bir fotoğrafını çekmeye çalışacağım.

Etrafta dolaşmaya başlayınca her şeyi koklamaya da başladı. Sürekli olarak bacaklarımızı, ellerimizi, koltuğu, masayı ve her şeyi koklamaya başladı. Ekstra olarak elimizi yalıyordu ve bir köpeğin elimi yalamasının hoşuma gideceğini tahmin etmezdim. Hatta beni ısırmasına bile izin verdim. Dişleri o kadar küçük ki ısırmaya çalışırken gıdıklanıyorsunuz ve hiç acı hissetmiyorsunuz.

Bir de tüyleri! O kadar yumuşaktı ki, kedilerin tüylerinden daha yumuşak olduğuna eminim. Bugüne kadar çok fazla kedi sevmişimdir ama hiçbirinin tüyü bu kadar yumuşak değildi. Hem kafasının üstü hem boynu hem karnı yumuşacıktı. Arkadaşıma birkaç gün bizimle kalmasını teklif ettim çünkü bu tatlı şeyle daha çok zaman geçirmek istiyordum ancak işleri olduğundan bahsetti ve bu tatlı şeyin de bir an önce evine gidip ona alışması gerekiyor.

İşte daha yakından bir fotoğraf. Kulaklarındaki yara bantlarını görmüşsünüzdür. Bu kulaklarının kırılmaması içinmiş. Tam olarak neden kulaklarının kırıldığını bilmiyorum ancak veteriner bir süre sonra yara bantlarının kendiliğinden düşeceğini o zamana kadar çıkarmamalarını söylemiş.

İlerleyen yıllarda bir de köpek beslemeyi düşünüyor muyum? Evet ancak bu kediden çok daha büyük bir sorumluluk gerektiriyor çünkü köpekleri her gün dışarı yürüyüşe çıkarmak zorundasınız aksi takdirde enerjilerini evdeki mobilyaları yiyerek atıyorlar XD Bunu uzun yıllar köpek besleyen bir arkadaşım söyledi ve ona güveniyorum. Hem ben hem kız arkadaşım çalışıyorken köpek sahiplenmek doğru olmayabilir. Ne olacağını zaman gösterecek.
