Daily Routine: Working as a Recruiter Associate and student!

Hello Hivers! It's been a long time and I really really miss some of you. I doubt if someone looked for me when I became a mushroom for months, lol. January up to present has been challenging because I am at my last term here in college. And by June or July, I'll be wearing my Toga and Sablay! To be honest, I am not totally prepared for the fees that we need to pay for the graduation that's why I am also finding some time to look for a job after my internship. Actually, my boss asked me if ever they will offer me a probationary employment in their company. Of course, I didn't say no. But I didn't say yes either. I just gave her a smile and if that happens, I will be very honored to accept the offer. But for now, since people are traveling to their hometowns, here I am at our house, focusing on the remaining tasks that I have to meet before the deadlines.

To be honest, I starting to love the career path that I am pursuing.Human resource is very broad and I could see myself in many different kinds of roles. But of course, I am not closing any doors to other unrelated fields. Day by day I realized the importance of upskilling and adopting to changes in the market. We need to reinvent ourselves as well. Find ways on how people will like you, look for a mentor and a daily life coach, if you do this, you'll have a positive vibe around you. (☞ ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)☞

During my internship in an accounting firm as a Human Resource Recruiter Associate, I am learning to adopt to different kind of personalities inside an organization and how should I approach those individuals. It's funny because at my first weeks, I met some micromanagers and those employees that has a bad attitude towards others. Some also looked at me from head to toe that it looks like they were really cursing me. But I learned to deal with them. Every person is special -I just thought that they will soon meet the person who will completely change their bad behaviors.

Luckily, I also got a very supportive and generous and kind Supervisor. I would say that unlike my other classmates who experiencing issues with their immediate managers, mine is very considerate. My work as a recruiter is honestly very hard. From shortlisting to passive headhunting of applicants, I am so fortunate to have a good mentor that made my job easier. How I wish all the managers would be like her. But hey, we are here in the Philippines, say hello to some micro-boomers-managers. 🤷

In terms of my diet at work, aigooo, honestly my plan to lose weight got so hard and impossible. This is because of the nonstop food trip near our office site. I don't know if I am really lucky to have pals inside the management who are always hungry. Thank God, I got a company who gives allowances. ╰( ・ ᗜ ・ )➝
